Apologize if I’m violating etiquette here but need some feedback.

Website that I’m building from Jacqueline theme is not live yet.

I started with v1.2.9 back in November but only resume my work to finish it couple weeks ago. Needless to say theme upgrade to the latest v1.4.4 has broken most customization in every each way it could. Child theme being also utilized for couple very minor custom changes. Site design is primarily base on one of your demo content. I already spent several days try to work this out and at the crossroad to whether start from scratch with v1.4.4 or try to make changes to my original work. Either way is not the best use of anyone’s time as I’m sure this community understands.

What’s your recommendations?

How much you guys charge to upgrade the theme for me so site looks with the latest version same is it does with v1.2.9 so I can continue on?

hello, I install the theme but once the plugs in installed and activated, wpbakery and themeREX utilities do not work and an error page is displayed when I want to access the pages and extensions installed. (sorry for my English)

We recommend you to contact your web hosting service provider to make sure that your server PHP configuration limits are as follows:

max_execution_time 600 memory_limit (up to) 256M or 512M for creating custom color schemes with LESS CSS compiler. post_max_size 32M upload_max_filesize 32M

When we installed your theme we had to disable the plugin “Visual Composer Extensions All In One” that came with this theme since it caused WP Bakery Composer to crash, is there a fix for this so we can use that plugin? Thanks!

On the menu (navigation) I need to add an external link to open a new Tab/Window, in the navigation area there are absolutely no settings not even the basic wordpress ones to allow new window or at least assign a class to one link. How do we either put back the basic settings or at least assign a unique class to a navigation item so we can use another method to open a new window? Thanks!

Hi, I installed Jacqueline theme and all demo contents. I want to use home 3. Where can I make changes (easy way). Is it possible to click on some text and change it? I really have no idea how this works. I used a different wordpress theme before en never had any problems. But this one is really hard to use for me. But uptil now, I can only change the menu.

Please navigate to Appearance > Theme Options. It gives you control over most of theme settings from one place. There are quite a lot of parameters here, but luckily the majority of them have default values that suit most of the users. I do not understand what this means: PLEASE, NOTE! The theme is designed for free WordPress version downloaded at wordpress.org only. We do not guarantee the theme’s full compatibility with installations on Wordpress.com, due to limitations in website control and theme customization.

Also, does this theme come with visual composer /WpBakery or do I have to purchase those plug-ins separately? Thank you

Thank you for your interest in our theme! The notice warns the customers planning to use wordpress.COM service to host the website. The theme should be used on Wordpress cms downloaded at wordpress.ORG.

WPBakery Visual Page Builder is included in the theme package. There is no need to purchase it separately.

These errors occured as you had 1.4 theme version. A new theme version 1.4.1 was released yesterday – with GDPR Framework plugin and Gutenberg compatibility. We recommend downloading the latest theme version in your Themeforest account -> Downloads.

Alternatively, you can keep using 1.4 version – we have restored its demo import data so you can try importing demo data again. It will be successful.

Congratulations on your excellent theme. Overall, one of the best themes I’ve ever worked on.

There is only one problem. When the submenus are too long, they can not be read (we do not understand the beginning and end of the soub menu). It seems that everything is very close and ends up making it difficult to read the submenus. I think it will be useful “to force the submenus to open horizontally or to create some graphical division that facilitates the reading of the submenus.

Hi I cannot install the theme I get an error msg saying ” The link you followed has expired” ... I bought this theme a while ago but it should not expire. I tried using jacqueline.zip file from “downloads” and also extracting “jacqueline_v1.3.0… please help

The error you get means that max upload filesize is very low. Please increase it to 32M. This should solve the problem. Alternatively, you may upload the extracted theme folder to wp-content/themes directory via FTP.
