The archive portfolio pages will inherit the options defined in the Salient options panel > portfolio tab for “Main Layout”, “Project Style” etc – the only difference i’m seeing is that the archive pages have the

bottom “plus” sign when hoving over – to remove that, add this into the custom css box in your Salient options panel:

 .portfolio-items .col .work-item.style-2 .work-info >i { display: none; }

If you’re noticing other differences between the layouts, could you kindly provide a quick screenshot pointing out what you’re referring to?

I am not sure if you read my orignal question properly thought… Nothing in the portfolio options in the salient panel gives me any kind of option to remove or re-align the title, remove the stroke, change the padding under the stroke of the page?

Could you just open the two links I provded then you will see what I mean?

If you’re just trying to remove the page header, add this into the custom css box in your Salient options panel:

What I want to achieve is to get the logo that scrolls on the left side of the page to pass behind the 3rd row of content (the row with white BG with black text section “Experience…” Row ID: about). Ideally I’d like the header menu items to also pass behind that row too since they don’t contrast well. I tried uploading a completely transparent/blank logo under the “Dark” Logo upload to use on that Row, but it still shows as the default white logo on that row. Another thought was… is there a way to tell that specific Row to be the top-most content so the header/menu passed behind it? Would that achieve it? Thanks again!

Firstly try switching your theme skin to “material” in the general settings options of the Salient options panel – the material is the latest skin available and uses a different method of calculating the permanent transparent header color (which will be adopted for all skins in the next release). After switching, add this into the custom css box in your Salient options panel:

body #header-outer[data-transparent-header="true"].transparent.dark-slide { opacity: 0; }

Oh, I see. But I really can’t fine it in the Appearance > install plugins tab.

The Only things I can see are Mega Addons For WPBakery Page Builder, Livemesh Addons for WPBakery Page Builder….something like that.

Also there isn’t “Salient WPBakery Page Builder” links in the Top Notes box of install plugins tab (There are only link of contact form 7 and Woocommerce)

Because javascript is used to calculate the fullscreen size based on the window size, margin can’t be added on the sides without creating extra space. It would be easier to simply add some markup to the slider to absolutely position a border frame

around it

The themecheck you’re referring to is using rules for themes that will be hosted for free on the official WP repository – most premium themes on ThemeForest and elsewhere score a 0 by those standards, given the amount of functionality they add.

Unfortunately it would be more code than I can write for support requests – if you don’t want to move the header.php into a child theme, you could also use the action hook “nectar_hook_after_body_open” to get the markup in via a child functions.php (just make sure you’re on a relatively recent release of the theme to ensure the hook is there)
