On your theme, where you hover over cart, and it displays the item in cart, what hooks does this use, as i have a Smart Variations Images PRO, which uses woocommerce hooks, so on actual cart page it displays the image of the the actual variation, however on your hover it only shows featured image

Could you, please, reach our support team here, and include your site URL with wp-admin access, so our agent could investigate and try to help you. Or, we could suggest to contact author of this plugin, maybe there is an easy solution how to make it work with Bridge.

the author said they use woocommerce hooks, they said it will work if the theme uses the woocommerce hooks too. on cart page i get my variation images of the selected item, its just the hover cart i do not, i cant open ticket sadly as purchased bridge some time ago
this is what the author said
“Although in most cases it will work, there are some cases it may not work because the theme must be using some other code that doesn’t use the WooCommerce hooks, and therefor I cannot change the elements.”

Hello, we have a problem with Music magazine demo. Video doesn’t load and also arrows change there css style when we are using cards slider. Our opinion is that WPBakery is preferred and required page builder, and other themes with custom page builders will continue to use them. New editor is great improvement but it cannot replace features and functionality of custom page builders offered from different plugin authors. Hi there, Love the theme! Quick question… I am using slider revolution on the home page with a youtube video and picture slides. When i set autoplay there is no audio. I have tried this both with “MAIN BACKGROUND – Youtube” as well as “Add Layer – Video – Youtube”. Also, when autoplay is on, the video does not show the controls. Please help! Thanks!

Hi, So the license was used on a previous website which hasn’t been active for over a year. The license should have deregistered but it doesn’t seem to have done as it is no longer letting me use the licence.

We haven’t tested this plugin with our theme, so we can’t say for sure if it is compatible. However, if you are experiencing any issue, and since disabling the plugin solved them, we assume that there is some conflict between the plugin and the theme. You could contact the plugin authors to check if they are aware of any such issues with other themes, and let our support team know what they said, so we can see if there is anything we can do to help.

Hi how are you? I have one problem that i just discovered.
I have two portfolios, “Reparaciones” https://desobsolescencia.com.ar/reparaciones/ And “proyectos de interes”: https://desobsolescencia.com.ar/proyectos/ The items inside each one have the portfolio categoria like “reparaciones” and “proyectos” but when i enter in the first portfolio item of https://desobsolescencia.com.ar/reparaciones/, and i navigate with the arrows between protfolio items, the next item is not the 2nd that i have, it goes to another portfolio category. Do you know whay thats happens??
I discover that it is the other way round. The first portfolio item, when i click on the back arrow, goes to the next proyect. But if i click to next arrow, it goes to other category. Dont know why
Ok sorry, my mistake. The order of the portfolio was in the other way, so now i have it ok. But my question is, if its is possible, to take out the next arrow of the last portfolio item in “reparaciones”. And take out the previous arrow in the first item of the “proyectos”. I do not need to navegate between categories when i go to the last and first item. Its possible to do that?

Just updated WordPress and it includes Gutenberg. Guterberg is pretty awful compared to Visual Bakery and it seems to break the page editor in the theme. I’m hoping it remains a plugin and doesn’t get integrated into the core of WordPress. Are you testing and making plans to work around Gutenberg or do you happen to have anymore information about what’s going on with it?

I’m a software engineer who is not an expert, but is experienced, with paid-for wordpress themes.
Regarding the GMaps API Key:
In the docs, and support forums, you say go to Qode Options > General > Google maps
I do not see an input field for Google Maps/API Key under General, or under Contact, or a Google Maps section (don’t see one), or anywhere else in the Qode Options configuration section. I would add images, but don’t see an option here.
Am I misunderstanding something about the process?
I’m currently in communication with my bosses client to see if they have generated an API Key, if they haven’t I’m familiar with the process.
I’m thinking to enque the key in functions.php if needed, but this seems a little weird, so I wanted to reach out first.

So, in Qode Options , on the bottom of General panel, you’ll see Google map Api key field, please, check this screenshot .
And to generate your api key, just follow step by step instructions from this article, where you’ll find google links to finish this.

Hello, I need to do a site with your “Architect Studio” theme but I have only 100 mb of space in my server and even just I’ve installed wordpress and your Betheme I’m over 80mb of space occupied. Only your theme is near 80 mb (without considering the photo I’ll add on my portfolio). There is a lightest version of your theme or could you give me some advice? Considering I just need a portfolio version (no woo commerce, blog, etc.) . Thank you

Please, note our theme is Bridge theme. When it comes to our Architect studio, you could import it separately if you have our Bridge theme. For installation of our theme, you could use FTP method. There is no need to install any plugin, such as WooCommerce, etc. If you need further help, please, reach our support team here, and the will gladly help you to setup your site within our theme.

Sorry to bug here, but there a recurring bug with VC on PC (but this is working on a MAC). On a PC when you add a new VC element, the pop up screen is too large and is hidden behind the Wordpress menu. On a MAC i can manually resize the VC popup window by dragging one of the side/corner but not on a PC. Can you please pass my question / remark to VC support ? Thank you !
