hi guys, my support has ended and I’ve been getting blank page everytime I save any changes posts or pages…
1. I tried to disable all plugin and try 2. switch to default theme and try 3, rename .htaccess and param-link to default
but it seems to be the theme issue. I don’t know what to do please help!
Hi Monkeying, it seems odd that a theme broke itself without any actions. Anyway is not possible to debug without even have a link to your site to check what happen, definitely not an issue other users are reporting (https://undsgn.com/uncode/showcase/). Please share your URL so we can check if there are some evident errors.

Yes it is a new installation, I had same issue last week an reinstalled it again, but the issue seems to be recurring. please find it here: http://www.namaspice.com I'm working on the homepage but it is just impossible to save any changes as it directly goes to a blank page.

It’s a bit odd you have also used Uncode without problems and none of the other customers have this issue and your host tell is the theme, if this is a theme issue this should be replicable in all installation. Take care: if you import this page and this page is already imported but you have in the trash you’ll don’t see it, just remove from the trash. Moreover verify what version of Uncode do you have, if you have a very old version it’s possible this page was not part of demo contents, any major updates we introduces new demos. Hi SchottJ, the Before and After use an images as media embed, what you ask is a Before and After that uses an image as background (in order to be fluid), I’m sorry but this is not possible.

This small file is no more used unless you activate the I Recommend This with the specific filter (https://support.undsgn.com/hc/en-us/articles/115004684785), anyway another user notify and the removal of js file if not invoked is just part of next update. If right now you want to remove the file you can edit this “uncode-core/i-recommend-this/i-recommend-this.php”.
Yesterday my media library quit working. It shows no images in it, just spins when you try to add an image. I changed themes to the 2015 theme and it worked like normal. Any idea what would cause the media library to stop functioning when Uncode is active? I made no changes on the site.
Hi Chaostrophic! A theme doesn’t broke itself without any action and we don’t have other report (possible issue with a theme update). The only thing I can think of is that you have installed some new plugins or you have some memory or permissions problems (server related). Have you asked your host if they modified something or if they see some errors? Is it possible to change the menu skin or transparency for only 1 page?
I have a page with a slider revolution as header and want the menu to be transparent (“dark” skin). However I can only change the content skin to dark.
I also added data-skin=”dark” to slider revolution slide without effect.

It seems i can’t add a portfolio category filter on a post module. Only works with post categories even if the post module is set to display only portfolio. What could it be?

i’m using godaddy hosting to build my site from your uncode theme. if one day i’m ready to switch my hosting to bluehost, how easy is this to merge my site to a new hosting? is this something i can do it myself? A bluehost customer service told me to buy a merging package if i want to merge my site from another hosting. this is not free. just wonder. any advices? thanks.

I’ve uploaded a video (format: mov) to my site but when I add a “single media” with the page builder and link to this video, the video is not shown in the post.
Steps:
- Add Element -> Single Media - Select the video from the media library and click on “add media” - save the post as draft
Result is only a “white site”. Video is not visible and no play button.
Strange thing is, that I’ve added a video a couple of weeks ago to another post and when I view this post, the video is shown.
The post looks like:
width="1/1"]vc_single_image media="756" media_width_percent="35" media_ratio="nine-sixteen"[/vc_row]I’ve checked some settings but I can’t find a reason why the video is not shown in the post.
Sorry, but I can’t find the reason for this beahaviour. Are there some settings that I can check?
