I have some pre-sale questions.

1. I would like to exclude the Search, Archives and Categories columns on the right side of the Blog page and widen the blog posts so that they use the entire width of the page. Can this be done and how?

2. Is it possible to customize the Personal Development Graph so that it contains less steps than 5 (i.e. 3 steps)?

3. Is it possible to replace the Pricing / Packages section on the home page with blog thumbnails?

I’ve been trying to find how to edit the “Book Now” button that appears at the bottom of the menu. I’ve figured out how to turn it on/off in the Mentor Options/Header Settings/Top Button, but can’t figure out where to change it’s link or page it points to.

The new update to the them is not in a zip file and i am unable to upload the new theme. Can you assist? Thanks.

Hi , Necessary plugins installations are being failed

I am getting the following error:

“Mentor Child The parent theme is missing. Please install the “mentor” parent theme.”

However, the parent theme folder is there. Please advise.

I just bought this theme about 2 months ago. While I really enjoy the look of the site, I’ve noticed that it doesn’t show submenu’s correctly on the mobile site version. Can you please help me fix this?

Go to development.thebiggamehunter.us on your mobile phone and click the menu item. If you touch the services or resources tab, the sub menu looks horrible.

How can I change the URL that the Calendar Icon on the homepage is taking me? Instead of “https://home/#appointment” I want to use “https://home/agenda” for example.

I am trying to speed up my website and think that making some changes to the Rev Slider may help. I’ve done a few GTMetrix and Pingdom tests and the slider seems to be some of the problem.

Ideally I want to keep the Ken Burns and animations, but am happy to hear your advice.

Any ideas? Anything I can do to make it load faster?

I have installed the theme, purchased a Revolution Slider licence and still get an error that slider1 cannot be found. What do I need to do to get the correct slider and make it work?

For some reason when I did my update my date and time got reset back to the original. I want my date for events to read mm/dd/yyyy and I don’t want my time to read military time. How can I change this on my own since I no longer have support?

The theme is great but a few issues,

1. OT Feature box items on homepage under slider are displaying incorrectly.

2. Contact form on contact page doesn’t appear as it should in the Demo and would like it to.

3. On homepage, blog section shows read more button as a red colour, can this use the blue the rest of the theme does?

I have installed the Mentor theme and all of the suggested plug-ins. However, I can find NO PAGES that were represented in the template. I am left with a sample page with various headers that have no relationship to the template pages I want. I have lots of plug-ins but nothing to design from.

What am I missing? I have messed with this site for over a month and I need to set up my business this week!!!!

Hi there. I love your Mentor Life Coaching theme and have downloaded it. I have installed it correctly and also installed and activated ALL plugins. However, the theme still doesn’t look like the preview on Wordpress. Is there something I’m doing wrong? Be aware, I’;m not a website designer, so you’ll have to speak to me like a 8yr old!:) Thanks for your help x

I purchased your theme a while back and I am having issues with the Booked plugin. When an appointment is set it is not sending emails to my client nor myself. I have installed Gmail SMTP to see if that would resolve the problem and it is also giving me a connection error. I am not sure what to do at this point. Is this something you can help with, please? Hello, I am very confused about what is controlling the main image on the homepage. You can see the one I mean at www.insideinsite.com. It´s the image behind the calendar of the woman. I am familiar with WPBakery but I don´t see that image anywhere at all on the back end. How can I change it?

I’ve followed the example video and the “Revolution Slider Error: Slider with alias slider1 not found.” is not contained in the files I downloaded as I’ve “Imported Demo Data” and this does not appear to be in the demo data.
