Sorry to say that but the Porto Functionality Plugin is the theme required plugin and it will not create any issue on the site you can check our Live Demos as well the Porto Functionality plugin is activated there and it must be the third party plugin issue at your end so please contact us through our support system with your site WP Admin Login details so we will check and provide you the solution for that.

It must be the third party plugin issue at your end so please check your site after deactivating all the third party plugins and then check your site after removing the server, site and browser cache hope you will not find an issue an after that please activate all the third party plugin one by one and check which one is creating an issue for you.

I’m having an issue with Slider Revolution. On the homepage I have a slider which works fine, but I have another slider (same settings as the homepage one) on a subpage that is having issues. I couldn’t get it to load at all until I selected “Put JS includesto body” which got it to load, but I can’t get the left and right arrows to show. I have tried everything and Slider Revolution is saying it’s a theme issue.
Still waiting for a resolution on this issue but I have discovered part of the issue. When you put a slider on a page using the “Banner Type” option all of the Revolution Slider CSS gets loaded. When you add the element “Revolution 5 Slider” in WPBakery page builder no CSS gets loaded. I really need this issue resolved so any help would be appreciated.

My support has expired but I need help with a Dutch site. The stock status shows the text “Availability” in front of it. The stock status was succesfully translated but I would like to remove this Availability text. But I cannot find it anywhere in the theme woocommerce files or in woocommerce templates!!

I have tested it at my end and do not find the issue you are facing when selecting pagination for particular element you can check our live demos as well: http://www.portotheme.com/wordpress/porto/shop19/I think it is the cache issue at your end or it may be WordPress or theme setting issue so my suggestion to you is please reset your WordPress via using this plugin: https://wordpress.org/plugins/wordpress-reset/
And then again Activate the theme and theme required/recommended plugins and then finally import that demo again hope you will not find an issue and also please make sure that your server requirements must meet the latest theme minimum requirements as given in the theme documentation here: http://www.portotheme.com/wordpress/porto/documentation/

I’m sure i don’t make mistake when i install, and AMPPS work so good. hello, i’m configuring my site for proper SEO and i’m getting some links indexed that are not needed. For every product in woocommerce a new link is created and indexed for the “add to cart” button, so i have many unwanted indexed links like: http://sitename.gr/add-to-cart=525. It seems the permission issue. Your server did not give permission to add/save the settings of the Theme Options. Basically, when you saved the theme options then it’s created the skin_1.css file inside the CSS folder, because of permission the theme is not able to create this file on your site. Please contact your hosting provider to change the permission to 777 or 755 of the CSS folder and all files.
OR
It must be the cache issue at your end so please check your site after removing the server, site and browser cache. The best practice is to turn off all the cache from the site and server while you are in the development process.

Feature request: I have been following the visitors to my site and found that 80-90% actually use their mobile phone and this made me use some time on my phone just to see what needs to be better.
As i have many variable products where each variant looks different i have added images to each variant but as of now a mobile user does not see the image change unless he scroll up.
So i think an option that moves the variant selector, dropdown or buttons up to a position just below image OR even have 2 selectors, one just below product image and one just like now.
I did some tests in my site, just changed the priority of the action call so i moved the select variant buttons up to a position just below product image and that was a great solution in mobile view.
Another solution seen in another site was the use of thumbnails just above the variant selectors.

Sometimes it may require your own customization. So if the development department finds it fit with the theme environment then surely they will look through it.
