I had originally built my website full width, but last night the client asked me to box it. I selected boxed in theme options and as you can see on my home page https://nwnaturallighting.com/home-test/ the slider is boxed, but the muffin builder (rest of the website is boxed in a minimal way and stretches as the screen is stretch. I suspect I have changed something to cause this but I dont know what that is. Any advise is appreciated.

Please open your website in Firefox html mode (CTRL+U) and check html errors you got. Please fix them first and all should be fine.
P.S. Anticipating your question, those errors are not associated with theme and were made by you or one of your extra plugins.

Hello. I would like to have my emailadress link (mailto:) encoded to be protected from bots and spam emails. Does this theme support some function like this? Since its not encoded out of the box. I Fond a WP plugin called “Email Address Encoder” https://wordpress.org/plugins/email-address-encoder/ It doesnt work though with the content from Muffin Builder. The plugin suggests “If you have email addresses hard-coded in theme or plugin files, you’ll need encode them manually using the eae_encode_emails() or eae_encode_str() function.” Do you know how and where to place that function? Or is there a easier solution to make email links safe on the website using BeTheme? Thanks

Hello, I seam to have a problem with saving pages.
I am creating a page and as the page gets longer when I save it the end of the page is being deleted.
So when I add a new section to the end of the page and save it it gets deleted. Its as if the page has some sort length/size limit.

Because you faced with such a weird issue, which we believe has nothing to with the BeTheme itself, we recommend the following steps:
1. Please go to your FTP account where theme is, remove whole theme folder and then upload the latest version thru FTP as well. Please make sure that all the files were copied correctly.
2. Remove all 3rd party plugins (including cache of course).
3. Make sure, there is no additional cache stuff on server side.

I bought the BeTheme today, downloaded it and tried to import it to my website (1&1 hosted). Unfortunately I am getting the error message: “Theme installation failed. Missing Stylesheet style.cs.” Any idea what went wrong? How to overcome this?

you got this error because you are trying to install wrong package. The theme file you supposed to install is betheme.zip

Hi i am currently running website on your theme and i want to create landing page using your theme at the same time. Is that possible for me to create Landing page without any navigation button on top? as my current website is with navigation menu button on top? 1) You can disable it under BeTheme Options > Header & Subheader > Extras section.
2) To add social icons in Action Bar, you need to set links for social and the under Appearance > Menus > Manage Locations, you have to set social icons instead of menu.
3) Please show us what you would like to do exactly because we are not sure right now.
4) Please show us where you added this text and send us link to page where it does not appear.

They had a different website developer (who purchased it) before me and no contact to that company anymore. Plus that would take a ton more time to run this through yet another party. That company did not do a good job and that’s why they’re no longer a partner. I should probably just switch to another theme then, if there’s no support available.
Like we said, you need to have a proof that you use legal license. Otherwise, there is nothing we can do to help.
Typography issues shouldn’t be even a subject for support. Every well functioning theme has a very simple way of doing it without glitches.

1. Page speed has completely nothing to do with the theme itself and you can see check this yourself by opening https://tools.pingdom.com/#!/bD5YVt/http://themes.muffingroup.com/betheme/
There is many different factors that may has an impact on page speed like: heavy media (images, videos, etc.), poor hosting, internet connection between the place where your server is located and your current point, etc. So as you can see, there are many reasons which are independent of us. However, we have few suggestions to speed up your site:
- cache plugins like W3 Total Cache
- Content Delivery Network Services like MaxCDN
- Static CSS
2. Sorry but we can’t make it compatible with W3C because this tool have rules that has nothing to with the latest trends and mark this as errors that are not errors.
