Hello, I used the code in a test installation in an expired url, I want to use the test in localhost, but I ask, every time I install a demo test will I have to contact request for support? This is absurd, now I need to wait for an email response to revoke the usage code? where can I remove the usage code and use it in a new domain or localhost? this is very sad and makes the work dependent on a response from your support, unfeasible if it is so to use your thema in enabled time. I’ll have to wait for an answer now and wait in vain until I receive your response. This is ridiculous.

Yes you can reinstall the theme, but for that first you need to deactivate the theme from the particular domain/site on which it is already installed/activated by going into Porto >> Setup Wizard >> Activate and if your theme is activated already then you will find the deactivate button there so just click on it and use/reinstall and activate the same theme on the new domain/site with the same license.

We already enabled 1-click install for revolution content slider import. You can find that particular slider with the demo when you import it.
And for solving your issue: To fix it you can:
1. In the Slider Settings -> Troubleshooting set option: Put JS Includes To Body option to true.
2. Find the double jquery.js include and remove it.

It looks like the CSS issue, Can you please make sure that the Permission of the CSS folder under wp-content/themes/porto and all the files under CSS folder has 775 or 777. When NOT in catalogue mode, if I remove the price from a product, a “READ MORE” button should appear under products in shop category pages instead of “ADD TO CART”, however it does not. How can I make it work as per WooCommerce default and show the “READ MORE” button when a product has no price? Thanks.

For category page, you should first create the New Block from Block section by using the Porto carousel and porto categories VC elements then copy the slug of that block and paste it to edit the category where you want to show. I tried creating categories slider by your instructions but not able to do so.the slider is very small not sliding the category images. I want one category slider showing all categories with 5 at a time auto sliding full width on desktop and showing 3 at a time on mobile. Already created ticket for it. Hello, working through this theme. Trying to reduce the size of the product images on single product pages. Looked through documentation which says: “You can change the product image sizes in Woocommerce > Settings > Products > Display > Product Images on admin sidebar.” But that isn’t an available option. I’m just looking for a way to reduce the product image on the site, globally, and if possible, per product. The issue we have is that many images being used are MUCH smaller than the default size so we’d like to be able to have those products show up smaller so they aren’t distorted. Thanks!

To change image size: To change this setting now on the front end you have to go to customize>WooCommerce>Product Catalog and you can customize the store display from there.

You must need to regenerate the image thumbnails after making the change in size then after that check your site after removing the cache you will not find an issue.
After change the image size, you should regenerate all the thumbnails in Tools > Regen.Thumbnails on admin sidebar.

1. Sorry to say that you can not display the +- icons on porto accordion. There is no option in the theme to achieve this.
2. Yes, you can turn off the meta options from Theme Options >> Portfolio >> Portfolio Meta.
3. Can you please share the URL of the page where you want to set the size of the portfolio images.
