Hi,

The slider showing on the top of the Shop page, you can edit/remove it by following the steps given below:

1. Please go to wp-dashboard >> pages and finds and edit the shop page.
2. After editing the shop page scroll below you will find the view option.
3. And in view options you will find the content-top option.
4. In content-top option you will find a block slug name is used which means the particular section is coming from the blocks.
5. So now you have to go to wp-dashboard >> blocks and find the particular block that has been set in the shop page.
6. Finally just edit it and change anything as per your requirements.

hi i have a small problem, i try install porto theme on my domani it give me a 500 error page, and now i can’t access to a wp admin i want to install in local but, on the wizard after the creation of child theme is a error 403 forbidden, how can i resolve the iusse?

The 500 error mostly occurs when your server requirements not meet the latest theme minimum requirements like PHP version less then 5.6 or other as given in the theme documentation here: http://www.portotheme.com/wordpress/porto/documentation/

So please make sure that your server requirements must meet the latest theme minimum requirements and then try to upload the theme via CPanel as showing in the latest Video Installation Guide of Porto WordPress here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=U6mqyuDF4GY&feature=youtu.be

i want to add different shipping charges by category. is this possible. means there is 4 category square, rectangular, wide, panorama. when user select any product by this categories the shipping cost amount would be change.

As you know that we have used the WooCommerce Plugin in our theme for Woo functionalities and WooCommerce has it’s default functionalities and there is no option in the plugin for setting up the Category Wise Shipping Charges, so this is only possible with the help of any third party plugin or Customization and here we only provide our dedicated support for the theme options related issue not for Customization.

I have searched and finds some plugins and docs which will help you but you can use any third party plugin at your own risk as I told you that we do not provide support for any of the third party plugin.

Please download the latest Spanish translation files for Porto WordPress from the links given below and upload it to wp-content/languages/themes and then go to wp-dashboard >> setting >> general and select the site language to Spanish from there and save changes and finally check your site after removing the browser cache.

Hello, I used the code in a test installation in an expired url, I want to use the test in localhost, but I ask, every time I install a demo test will I have to contact request for support? Yes you can reinstall the theme, but for that first you need to deactivate the theme from the particular domain/site on which it is already installed/activated by going into Porto >> Setup Wizard >> Activate and if your theme is activated already then you will find the deactivate button there so just click on it and use/reinstall and activate the same theme on the new domain/site with the same license.

1. In the Slider Settings -> Troubleshooting set option: Put JS Includes To Body option to true.
2. Find the double jquery.js include and remove it.

It looks like the CSS issue, Can you please make sure that the Permission of the CSS folder under wp-content/themes/porto and all the files under CSS folder has 775 or 777.
