Hi,just checked bridge.pot file and always get error when trying to make .po file from .pot file that came with theme. latest poedit is installed, with all others themes/plugins no such problem…Can I download english .po from somewhere so i can change what i need.Thanks,Goran

Hi,

I am having compatibility issues with Bridge and the Woocommerce Catalog Enquiry plugin – https://wordpress.org/plugins/woocommerce-catalog-enquiry/

Products are still displaying the ‘add to cart’ button on shop pages which should be hidden. I’ve checked with other themes and it works fine.

Is this something that you are aware of and do you know a solution?

Hello, maybe one more sale after 99,915 doesn’t make much difference anymore, but are you still willing to do a little effort for another sale? I’m willing to buy your theme if you could install a full working demo so that there isn’t any install-hassle. Importing demo content doesn’t mean always that everything is perfectly in order, such as sliders, menu’s, or whatever. I can’t afford to loose a whole day when you can do it in 2 minutes with (for example) an export/import with All-in-One WP Migration. Let me know… Thank you, and CHEERS!

hey there. there is a bug with revslider in your theme. if you make a slider with linked slides its not working on mobile devices with touch input. i talked with the support of themepunch and they figured out this problem. with standard theme it’s working.

Your theme (at least up to latest 16.8) does not allow to set minimum quantities when adding to cart (see, for instance, https://businessbloomer.com/woocommerce-define-add-cart-min-max-incremental-quantities/), your modified woocommerce\global\quantity-input.php is not compatible. It seems to work if one uses + or – commands, but the Q field can be set at any value. Do you plan and fix that in next releases, please?

We are not using this filter woocommerce_quantity_input_args that is made for setting input max/min values. So, you could just use it to set desired values. Hi, thank you for the hint, but I tried the exact same code you indicated (including the variations which I missed before) without modifying anything and the behaviour is the same: I cannot go below the minimum with the arrow, but I can happily change the quantity input value and add to cart, which should not be allowed. Bug report: ​Layout 2 infinite scroll doesn’t load all posts in the specified categories initially. If you click on the categories filters and back to “all”, all posts are loaded correctly. This is probably similar to this https://qode.ticksy.com/ticket/1610975/.​

You are welcome. Yes, but like we explained, it is how this filter is working. You could filter only between items that are loaded on a page. So, first you’ll need to click on Load More when you are under All tab. When it comes to your two tickets, thank you for sharing those. I know it generally doesn’t work that way and this is a more unspecific rant that probably applies to every second theme provider here. So if I write “you”, think of every other theme provider on here and not only specifically you.

What I really wish is that if there is a bug report you (and other theme providers) try to recreate it on your test environment instead of involving me in lengthy conversations.

Also I wished that your first intention is not that your reporting clients are dummies and that you accept that you have bugs in your theme that occasionally get found.

I didn’t buy your theme to be your software tester nor have lengthy conversations to solve bugs. I bought it to save time.

So as every second theme developer acts this way on Envato I want to propose this as an opportunity to be exceptional (instead of having your USP in the amount of demos): Try to recreate bugs in your test environment and if you can’t recreate them create me an account that I can recreate them.

It’s also not convenient that you want to get backend access to my clients sites for security reasons.

Also I bought 4 licenses of your theme so I should have 2 years of theme support, but that’s also not working like you think it would – yes I know that’s an envato thing.

It’s also inconvenient that I need a support license to report bugs. It should be in your interest that you receive bug reports if you don’t have a top notch QA.

Hello everyone, Does any one here have experience an issue when trying to bulk edit sale price on multiple products?

When I use the bulk edit option to change the sale price on some of my products, nothing changes. I followed all the necessary steps: Select multiple product- click bulk edit – click apply – click on sale drop down – select increase existing sale price by (fixed or percent) and enter 10% – click update but nothing changes.

I am doing this to products that have a sale price already set. I have the latest version of Bridge installed. Is there something I am missing? Why does this happen?

I’ve been making my portfolio site with a ‘BOO’ theme from Themerella. But they suddenly disappeared so I need to move my portfolio items to new theme. I feel so frustrated I’ve wasted my time.. I’m wondering if there is a way to move my portfolio items to your theme easily. They have a ‘Portfolio items’ menu which is separated from ‘Posts’ menu. Do you think I should re-upload all of them? I only can do HTML and CSS coding.

Please, note since portfolio is our custom post type, portfolios will be different from theme to theme. Maybe you could convert your portfolios into ours, using some plugin for this purpose. And then you could rearrange items using all our options we implemented for customization of portfolio projects.

Hey I need some help.

So I’m having problems with uploading the DEMO theme. Manually thru Qude Import it stopes at 40% sometimes at 80%. All my PHP

are at MAX!

I have tried also uploading thru Tools -> Import

the demo goes thru but nothing happens.

Does this theme have a template for attachments / media files that can be edited or copied into a child theme?

Hey. A customer of me bought your theme. And he want do has also fixed header in mobile version. So i found some CSS Code i add.
