hi , im reinstalling this template trying to do ico website but when i tried last week to install first it say wp bakery cannot update without buying but most ModelTheme Listings Manager is not installing at all ,so i dont know if you deactivate it cause support finish last week or what but im really disapointed and now i have to pay to have support for your product not working , are you fn serious ??

Why are you enforcing the use of animation on WPBakery Page Builder? Must I use animation on all content? There is no way of selecting none.

No, go ahead and activate the child theme. The customisations added there will not be overwritten in case you install a new theme version.

I can’t upload images or see items in the media library. I noticed that two plugins (Model Theme Framework and Model Theme listings Manager) were causing this. When I deactivate the plugins, then I can upload the images. But when I upload a logo from the Theme panel, it still doesn’t reflect on the website. Why. Please I need urgent help on this.

For those who have issues with demo import. Try clicking several times on the same block (picture thingy where it’s said import demo).
I had the same issue once with another buggy theme. It worked only when I clicked on several “import demo” templates at the same time. So, basically, it’s gonna import 2-3 different templates

Because the adjustments of your hosting does not meet the necessary requirements to allow importing the content, there is simply not enough space.
Make sure the PHP requirements are enough for our theme: post_max_size = 125MB; upload_max_size = 125MB; memory_limit = 256MB;

biggroupsarl idea is that this demo only they can deploy, I do not understand why they create a tool to import a demonstration that an ordinary user can not, only they can, I did not see one here that bought that he was able to deploy alone;

I have already mentioned the solution to increase the PHP requirements necessary to load the content for this theme which already have been updated many times and with new functionalities added.
You can always do a manual import of the demo, in the downloaded package > the Sample Data folder there is a .xml file which is uploaded through Tools > Import and will add the content to the website.

I would like my money back, I tried anyway it did not work, I contacted the support, installed the demo, then any changes I made, it was wrong, so I paid for something that does not work and wanted to receive my money from return.
