Hi there, I’ve purchased this theme and have this theme installed on magento 2.2.5. However, i noticed that this theme doesn’t have SM Camera Slider integrated as it did mentioned at the description.
So I tried to browse mangetech website to download the free slider extension – SM Image Slider, but it seems like I need to register an account then only able to downlod.
Created an account and did not receive any confirmation email. Please assist on this matter!

The main problem for most shared hosting providers is PHP memory limit. Basically Magento 2 needs 2GB, but almost no one allows to set PHP memory higher then 768M – even this limit is rare.
I highly recommend using VPS to host Magento 2 rather than shared hosting, there are many affordable VPS out there like Ramnode, Digital Ocean, Vultr… Remember to choose KVM type of VPS so that you can do a lot of tweaks on VPS to improve Magento website performance
In case you still need a shared hosting to run Magento 2 and you have a small shop with 300-500 visitors/day, let’s take a look at this Magento hosting review (https://magentoexplorer.com/the-5-cheap-best-magento-hosting-companies-compared) to make your choice.

Hello. We bought this theme and find now one issue, you can see it on demo too. We already wrote ticket to your support but you have not answered yet.
Issue is in price slider on ShopBy module in category. When you choose range for price for example 100-600 then couldn’t back to 100-700. Biggest value for price slider can’t be change then. And we have one question more: how write select fields in module SM Listing Tabs if choose type_filter=”fieldproducts”. For example, we want to show new products, most selling and most viewed. I haven’t used this theme after purchase but recently I have developed a site with your theme on Magento version 1.9.3. I have worked on localhost and later uploaded in live server but facing two problems mentioned below:
1. Product image not showing on homepage SM Listing Tab after transferring from localhost to live server.
2. Flush SM Cache return 404 error page on cache management.
