as you can see, there is no “Purchased” label next to your nickname what means you did never bought this theme. And because support is for our customers only, we can not help you unfortunately. If your client bought it, tell him to create account on support forum and post your questions there.

Hi, there is an bug in the Accountant theme. If you set the offer miniature (in the demo on the main page), the “Read more” appears at the bottom, which permanently directs to https://themes.muffingroup.com/be/accountant/offer-and-pricing/

Big fan of the theme but im having a few issues when it come to the responsive side using muffin builder.
Is there anyway to list the blocks to show in order on mobile? for example on a 3 column layout it looks great however if you are using separate headers and images they stack together rather than in order
It should be header>image>button but it stacks like header>header>header>image. Thanks, Nick
Hey Nick,
the content in responsive mode is always being read from left to right, row by row. So, if you want to keep the layout as you wrote above, you have to use WRAP item. Inside each WRAP, put Header > Image > Button (one by one) and you will achieve what you are looking for.

On onepage pages , when you click the menu the window will slide down to the section. However it DOES NOT change the url to #section. Could you fix this ? It is working fine here https://themes.muffingroup.com/betheme/documentation/#slider

Hi, Im unable to update the theme via admin panel. Server meets the minimum requirements. I requested a refund a few month ago but was told that I cannot get a refund for mistake purchase. Before that I was advise to deactivate the theme before the refund will be approved. I wanted to do that and requested another refund. But got rejected.
Please advise with your theme that I’m stuck with now.

One onpage pages , the MuffinBuilder sections work correctly with menu – highlighting the corresponding menu item depending on which MuffinBuilder section the user is looking at.
However this functionality does not work when WPBakery sections are used. The highlighting works the first time the section is clicked. However when the user scrolls up and down the menu does not reflect that the user moved away from certain section. ( the highlighted menu item does not change ). This gives a broken user interface feeling. Could you look into that because WPBakery is useful to use for sections, given WPBakery has some good elements.

Where do I find the Rev Slider plugin files? They are not in the plugins folder neither is the plugin listed on the Plugins page. Here are links to screenshots respectively:

I have loaded onepage prebuilt website. On Android device in chrome open the onepage homepage. Click the menu and select a section. The page slides down to the section. However the problem is that the menu does not auto close and user needs to click the X button to close it. Can this be fixed ?

Open this page (https://themes.muffingroup.com/be/tea2/ ) in Android or shrink the browser window. Open the menu and click the section links. The menu should auto close when a link is clicked but it does not. Can you fix this so that when a user clicks a link, the menu closes.
It is the same behavior on all one-page pages.
Please check your inbox where we have replied on your message.
Please consider fixing this in future release. This is not passing user experience expectation. There is no other web site where you have to click CLOSE to close the menu. Makes me wonder – how something as basic as this has not been fixed for so long time.
This is not bug so we can not fix it but of course we can consider it as additional option/feature during future updates.

Hello. Where is the setting to control column spacing? I want 50px spacing between columns – the theme is set to 23px, which is just not nearly enough. It would be crazy to have to apply margins manually to every column. Hoping there’s a better way. Thanks.
Having a terrible time with Visual Composer. There is so much built-in padding on everything with the theme that I cannot align content (left, right) when there is a row within a row. I can’t use your page builder because no one would ever be able to edit a page except for me.
