Hi there, fantastic design and lots of neat features.
We are having an issue with setting up the menu. We would like to create a portfolio page with filter for 3 different countries. For each of these portfolio pages there should be the possibility of creating individual company portfolios linked to specific portfolio page. At the moment, when I create different portfolios for companies in different countries I can only see them on only one portfolio page. Can you please help me with this? Thank you

Please go to Portfolio >> Portfolio Categories and create different country Portfolio Categories as per your requirements from there and then go to Portfolios and assign Portfolios to different Portfolio Categories as per your requirements and then go to WP-Dashboard >> Pages and create different pages named them as per your requirements and use Porto Portfolios WP Bakery element on the page and set it as per your requirements, you will find Category ID option, Filter option and many other options in the Porto Portfolio WP Bakery element you just have to set it as per your requirements, then it will work as you want like different Portfolio pages for different Portfolio Categories or Countries.

I want to customize the size of the images in the Porto Recent Portfolios element. Porto is resizing these images which are 500×379 to 367×367 and completely ignores the space available. For example, if I change the row to be full-width, the image size is 459×459 but Porto is still serving the 367×367 image causing pixelation. Furthermore I’d like to change the image dimensions to 4:3 rather than 1:1 – or just the native size. How can I accomplish this? I own many licenses for Porto.
One more thing – About two updates ago something changed and when I’m using the WPBakery page builder Chrome blocks insecure content, specifically the custom heading default font family section. The font style is not able to be changed without allowing insecure scripts. The error next to it reads “Google Fonts preview: Loading Font… Loading Google Font failed”. This is happening on all of my Porto installs. When I allow insecure content it loads. The error console shows a ton of errors that start with “http://fonts.gstatic.com/etc”. The problem is calling for Google Fonts using http rather than https.

1. Sorry to say that we have already defined thumbnail sizes for the different elements already in the theme. If you want to change the size you should customize the theme files to set your size or you can try the below given custom CSS code, this code will show the image default size not pick the size from the thumbnail defined in the theme.

2. You should use the Really simple SSL plugin in the site. It will solve the issue for you. https://wordpress.org/plugins/really-simple-ssl/Rather than having to install another plugin is there any way to fix that line of code for the Google Font error?
Also that Owl Carousel code does not address the dimensions of the image. It still crops the image at a 1:1 ratio. Is there any way around this? I hate being tied down to one size image.

Can you please make sure that you are using the latest version of the theme 4.7.1.1 and the theme required/recommended plugins, if not then please update your theme to the latest version and if yes then it may be any third party plugin conflicition issue at your end so please check once after deactivating all the third party plugins on your site and check your site after removing the server, site and browser cache hope you will not find an issue and then just activate all the third party plugins again one by one and check which one is creating an issue on your site.
If after that your issue will not solve then please contact us through our support system with your site WP Admin and CPanel Login details so we will check and solve the issue for you.
I deactivated all plugins and reactivated them one by one and seems to be ok. Actually, I could not find the problem as all are enabled and the image shows up normal. Thanks anyway …

How can i turn the border radius off for the Social Media links in the header? I have the “Border Radius” turned off in the Skin>>Layout.
I see in the Widgets for the Footer I can Check and Uncheck for this option. Is there something I’m missing for the header?

The issue you are facing is because of the PHP version, Your site is using the PHP version below 5.6 which is not compatible with the theme so you have to change the PHP version of your site to minimum 5.6 and also please make sure that your server requirements must meet the latest theme minimum requirements as given in the theme documentation here: http://www.portotheme.com/wordpress/porto/documentation/

Please Activate the theme on Sub-Domain by going into Porto >> Setup Wizard >> Activate, and then complete your site on Sub-Domain, finally before moving/migrating your site from Sub-Domain to Main-Domain you have to deactivate the theme from Sub-Domain by going into Porto >> Setup Wizard >> Activate and you will find the deactivate button, just click on it and then move/migrate your site to Main-Domain and Activate the theme on Main-Domain with the same purchase code by following the same procedure.

There is no other way to change the image size of the product, so I have to debug your site, but your could you please purchase support extension to get further support? The Image Swatches works with the size Variations on the variable product, and when you edit the variable product and scroll below you will find Product Data Options and in it you will find Image Swatches Option in which you can set the images for variations like showing in this screenshot: https://pasteboard.co/HGGIPR6.png
And you also have to set the images for Variations as well from Variations Tab as showing in this screenshot: https://pasteboard.co/HGGJSpa.png
then it will work for you but you have to select both variations the color and the size as well.
