Please try to update the theme once by following the steps given below hope you will not find an issue and if yes then please contact us through our support system with your site WP and CPanel Login details so we will update the theme for you.
First of all please take the complete backup of your site/theme current version and then please make sure that your server requirements must meet the latest theme minimum requirements as given in the theme documentation here: http://www.portotheme.com/wordpress/porto/documentation/ and also please deactivate all the site third-party plugins before an update because many of the times the third party plugins conflict with the new theme files and creating an issue for the site but you have to activate the third party plugins again after theme update one by one.
Please try to install/update your theme by yourself first if you fail then we will do it for you. Please follow the below steps:
1. Take the complete backup of your current site. (If you are updating theme)
2. Go to CPanelwp-content/themes and rename old theme Porto to anything. (If you are updating theme)
3. Upload the latest zip file of the theme there in wp-content/themes.
4. Extract the zip file of the theme there.
5. Go to WP Admin Panel >> Appearance and activate the theme there.Your theme will be updated easily.

We have removed the auto update theme plugin from the theme because many of the customers did some customization in the theme core files and when they update the theme via plugin all the Customization they did in the theme lost, so for avoiding to loosing the Customization and content we recommended to update the theme manually by following the steps given above.

1. We want to create a shoe shop with some variations. color & season. According the season price changes. It works fine, according the color we need to add shoe gallery depends of that color. For example now we show black shoe with it’s 4 thumbnail images (slider), when we choose red color as a variation, we want to add main red color shoe with it’s 4 red thumbnails. I checked a lot of plugins, but couldn’t find something that compatible with Porto theme. It changes only firth, main image and first thumbnail image
2. Second question is. if we couldn’t find variation gallery option, How can we connect whole products (red, blue, white shoes) under one page like the website I add above. Connecting SKUs or maybe you have another great solution

Please use this plugin at your own risk https://wordpress.org/plugins/smart-variations-images/ We have not tested this paid plugin yet with our theme and its not possible to guarantee 3rd party plugins for us, So we think that if plugin is coded perfectly it should work with any WooCommerce theme like Porto. You can also confirm from the plugin author. This is the best info we can provide at this stage.

For example if I have a category named “ Ford Mustang” and a customer searched “Ford Mustang” in search box it will take them to Ford Mustang category page and list all products under this page. Please edit your product and scroll below you will find view options and in view options you will find an option of Content Top and Content Bottom, and you will find a block slug name in it, so it means the particular section is coming from Blocks so you have to go to Blocks and finds the block named “Sticky Both Info Bottom” just edit it and change anything as per your requirements.
2. And for changing/editing/removing Sale and Testimonial Section showing in the sidebar you have to go to Appearance >> Widgets >> Woo Product Sidebar and edit/change/remove it as per your requirement.

To change image size: To change this setting now on the front end you have to go to customize>WooCommerce>Product Catalog and you can customize the store display from there.

You must need to regenerate the image thumbnails after making the change in size then after that check your site after removing the cache you will not find an issue.
After change the image size, you should regenerate all the thumbnails in Tools > Regen.Thumbnails on admin sidebar.

The crop is 1:1 (have regenarated the images) and the strange is that in admin customization area the images are as expected, but in frontend the height is different!
