Good Day! Awesome thing as usual. We just installed your theme to a new client account, and getting the following error message “413 Request entity too large… The requested resource /wp-admin/post.php does not allow request data with POST requests, or the amount of data provided in the request exceeds the capacity limit.”

We looked into PHP settings, etc. and still the same message. It occurs when you are trying to Publish or update a page. Theme being used – DRONE – one page

I installed Medical2 and get the error on the home page: Revolution Slider Error: Slider with alias medic2 not found.

Usually the theme developer provides the slider in the download package, but I don’t see it. Where can I get the slider?

since version 20, all sliders comes with pre-built websites what means that you can easily import them from BeTheme > Pre-built websites section. More details about this process, you can find in the documentation.

the underline could be removed with custom css only. If you will provide the link to page where you want to display regular text rather than default underline, we will give you necessary css.

However, we are not sure about 2nd part of your question. What do you mean by saying “possibility to work with text formating like new lines”? Sorry but we are not sure.

I would like to but my search icon in my responsive menu. Now when i activate teh search button it appears good on my menu but when im on the phone the search icon is under my logo i want it also in my responsive menu? How?

Yes, we can see but this is how it supposed to work. Search icon is a part of right top bar which is another div and that’s why it goes under the logo on mobile. So, all is fine ;)

I need to add custom text to a category page (i.e. /category/fastcars/) I cannot find a template file for that template type. what is the name of the file I can copy and use as a template?

I added text in the category description but it was not shown on the category page. I’ll look at the index page. Is there a them option to hide/show description?

I was able to solve the issue be copying the index.php page as a new category template via FTP and adding my text directly. The category description text would not display via the standard method. Perhaps a theme setting I’m unaware of.

If description does not appear although you set it, the problem might be related with your 3rd party plugins and this is where we recommend to start.

I have two licenses, one used on a site where the client ended up canceling and took down the site. How do I “unregister” that site so I can use the theme somewhere else?

Hi there, Could you compress the theme images as it seems they could load allot quicker if compressed. Such as: Compressing ../wp-content/themes/betheme/images/blockquote.png could save 939B (60% reduction). Just doing some optimisation on my site and these small tweaks all help :) Cheers, Giles

we are sorry but we can not compress those images as we have to display them sharp enough on screens like retina. However, if you want to reduce their size, you can do this yourself using any online tool like https://tinypng.com/ and then replace existing images with those compressed.

It looks like a widget’s section what means that you can edit this icon under Appearance > Widgets section. But list of all icons included into theme, you can find on https://themes.muffingroup.com/be/theme/shortcodes/typography/#icons

This looks like a custom widget that is not a part of the theme. In such case, you have to contact with plugin’s author and ask to add such icon on the list.

Hi there, I am having issues with my homepage, and it will not let you scroll down the screen. The only way to move down the page is by going to the right hand side and using the up and down scroll bar there – as opposed to using 2x fingers etc.

Is there a setting which is causing this?

FYI – we are using a youtube video background on the slider, not sure if this is related?

I just took over a site for a client. It’s running a version of the BeTheme from May 2017. Is there an upgrade pricing? I think the previous developer used his own account so apparently cannot provide the license access to me.

as you can see, there is no “Purchased” label next to your nickname what means you did never bought this theme. And because support is for our customers only, we can not help you unfortunately. If your client bought it, tell him to create account on support forum and post your questions there.

I have a problem with my license. I was new to this when I purchased you license. I registered it using my dev. address while site was not live and then when I made it live and it was no more dev. it wouldn’t let me switch license. I understand now how you do things. But this theme was always and only for ritemperature.com.

This did not solve my problem. I have only used this theme for one web site, but I used a dev. subdomain while constructing it. When I switched it to the actual domain it remained registered on subdomain. I deregistered the subdomain using your tool. How do I register the domain? (This was not used for multiple domains).

Hi I have downloaded the “WPBakeryPage Builder” plugin that came with my $60 theme but yet I cannot use with this betheme? It is saying I have to purchase a license to use it???.. Please assist.

You mean to edit pre-built layouts with WPBakery Page Builder?

Yes, it is not showing up on the actual page when I click on “edit with WPBakeryPageBuild” to do frontend edits..

So, pre-built layouts were built with Muffin Builder tool which is much lighter, easier in use and faster. We did not built those demos with WP Bakery (previously known as Visual Composer) because it’s an additional plugin and in reference to right agreements, we can not force users to use 3rd party plugins. Also, for many users, Visual Composer just doesn’t work right because plugin is quite heavy and requires good hosting service.
