Themes are not sorted alphabetically, so you can’t search your theme that way. Themes are sorted by original release date.
You should log out from your Themeforest account and try to Submit a ticket through incognito mode in browser.
There’s no need to log in to forum, just hit “Submit a ticket” button and enter your purchase code.

First, great theme. I m enjoying it.
I still have a few issues :
1- When I updated my theme, the menu has been modified. Everything was fine before. Now I ve a white blank above my menu. See : https://imgur.com/a/UVE3WLS I tried to modify every options in the Elated header (on page and in general settings) but nothing happen. 2 – Same issue with other pages, the menu was modified when the theme was updated and now it’s just “white” over “white” whereas in the option the background is set to be black … 3 – When processing to payment, the stripe fields are broken. White space above content appears because you didn’t insert logo. To fix that, please add this snippet to Appearance > Customize > Additional CSS

To add some paddings to your product pages, add this one

This is because you have too much menu items for header to handle. There’s an easy fix, however, just include it in Elated Options > General > Custom CSS

Thanks for writing in.
To translate any label in the theme, you would have to use a 3rd party plugin, such as WPML or Loco Translate or Polylang.
This way, you’d be able to translate string of any kind, including the Widget Area names and titles, as well as WooCommerce labels. These plugins are quite straight-forward and easy to use even for the least experienced users. Have in mind that only WPML is tested with our themes, so others might not work perfectly with every element of the theme, but from the feedback of our users, in most cases, there are no problems.
Additionally, if you want to manually translate some strings and go more into details, you can use some translation software like Poedit.
Note that when translating labels from plugins, you will generate files like domain-RU.mo and domain-RU.po. And you need to rename these to follow this expample: core-plugin-ru_RU.mo and core-plugin-ru_RU.po.

Is your theme compatible with WooCommerce plugin 3.5.x ? Nothing on Themeforest to say that it is compatible.

The latest theme update featured 3.4.4 compatibility, however this version doesn’t differ much in terms of functions included, so you won’t have problems updating WC to the latest version.

I’ve updated to WC 3.5 and it all seems to work ok. However I’m getting warning flags in the admin dashboard about changes to WC template files that may be different to the theme.

That’s good to hear. Hoping to eventually replace with my own images. Another thing, I noticed that the text in the carousel seems to blend with some of the images (this happens especially on mobile). Is there a fix to this?

How can we update the WPBakery (Visual Composer) Page Builder plugin that was bundled with the theme? There is no license key for that.

There is no need to activate plugins that came bundled within our themes, such as WPBakery page builder. Here you could find more about it https://elated.ticksy.com/article/10866 If you already updated our theme, then just follow instructions from here to update WPbakery plugin.
How to upgrade Visual Composer plugin to latest version?
You can upgrade Visual Composer by performing following steps:
1. Please make sure main theme is activated while performing other steps
2. Go to Plugins page in your WordPress Dashboard, locate Visual Composer in the list, deactivate it and delete it
3. You will see message that required plugin is missing at the top of your WordPress Dashboard
4. Install the plugin and then activate it
If you want to do manual upgrade, you can locate Visual Composer plugin here: sweettooth.zip > sweettooth> plugins > js_composer.zip
