First you need to have FWRD 2.0.12 installed.
For some reason a js_composer folder already exist in the plugins folder. You have to remove it by FTP, otherwise, you will not be able to install a new WPBakery plugin.

Hey there. The music player that is part of Iron Music has stopped working. It says “Loading tracks”, but they never load. Is 1.4 the current version of Iron Music? Perhaps the menu is not assigned to wordpress. Please go to wp-admin > appearance > menu > locations and assign a menu there.

Hi, I’ve been enjoying this theme now for a while! I never asked for help before but I was trying to figure out how I can change what the text looks like on the blogs page (not the single blog page itself). The text is now capitalised and not affected by the global body text. I would like to change the size of the text and make it non-uppercase. I’ve tried to go through all the CSS but with my very limited knowledge of programming I haven’t been able to find it! Thanks in advance, David

purchased through elements, how do I update to the latest version of the theme though as there is no way I can download from this market place, and I see it is now removed from elements? Also as others WPbakery is not working properly, I just have a page of code in backend mode – works ok on front end edit though. I have checked the plug in page it is activated, but says that it requires an update, if I choose to update I get the following – Update Failed: License is activated on another domain: http://fwrd.irontemplates.com/therise

The theme is no longer available on Envato Element. For theme updates, you will be required to buy a personal licence here on ThemeForest. If you use version 5.x of WordPress, make sure to update the theme and WPbakery to the latest version.

have spoken to elements and although in the licencing terms it says its a lifelong licence, as you have removed it from elements there is nothing that they can do 
and have said to come back to yourselves to see if you can help or else I have to change my theme completely which is not doable, so my only choice is to pay again for something I have paid for

We could fix the logo to be vertically centered on your site but for this, we need to inspect your website and see whats wrong, then we would mostly able to provide you a custom css code to fix it.
This latest update had a screwed up version of the WP Bakery Page Builder. It is giving me block code. Event when i try to switch to the WPBakery edit mode it takes me to a full screen editing mode? Is there another update or something I am doing wrong? Need Help.
It’s because WPBakery plugin is deactivated. Go to wp-admin > appeareance > install plugins and update the plugin there and activate it.

Hi, I have purchased your theme and the WPBakery Page Builder wasn’t and isn’t up to date. Now I saw, that the backend editor of the page builder doesn’t look quite ok anymore, actually just showing the hard code. WPBakery Page Builder says that I have to purchase a licence key but the support of WPBakery says that we can use the page builder free of charge because I got it in a theme. Using ok… but how do we update? Do I have to purchase another licence? Thanks for any help! If it’s a problem that my support has expired, well, I want to avoid purchasing another support and the WP licence to update the plugin.

You don’t have to buy a WPBakery licence.
Go to wp-admin > appearance > install plugins and make sure that WPBakery is updated from there and activated in wp-admin >plugins

Sorry for the late reply but I was abroad for over three months and slowly getting back on track here. Thanks for the suggestion but this isn’t possible. In wp-admin > plugins the WPBakery Page Builder displays the following message: “There is a new version of WPBakery Page Builder available. View version 5.7 details. Automatic update is unavailable for this plugin. To receive automatic updates license activation is required. Please visit settings to activate your WPBakery Page Builder. Got WPBakery Page Builder in theme?”

I’ve worked with many WP themes but this never happened. The page isn’t editable anymore without coding knowlegde, which I have. But I didn’t buy the theme for hardcoding my page

Hi Maxime Thanks a lot for your message. Support for our licence ended some time ago, that’s why I couldn’t open a support ticket. I am aware of that. The WPBakery Page Builder broke down on it’s own or at an update process at some point, I don’t know when. I have to think if we will renew the support, sorry. I’m a programmer myself and I might be able to fix it. I know it was my bad to have missed the expire date of support.
Still I think it’s kind of poor that the page builder went broke just like that. We don’t know where the source of failure is but let’s see. We might get back at you at some point.

Since Wordpress 5.0 a lot updates is required and specially WPbakery page builder update. But you have to update FWRD first. Maybe the Iron-music plugin update is required too.

If you have issues with plugin activations or updates, please read below:
Plugin updates: Like any premium themes on the market, the premium plugins that come with the theme cannot be automatically updated and you don’t have access to the plugin’s author helpdesk. Every time a new version of the plugin is released, we (the theme author), need to carefully test the plugin and fix issues if any problem arises. Then, we release a theme update that will include the new version of the plugin. It’s the way it works with every other themes that include these plugins.

Theme Support is not free forever..It’s the way it works with every WordPress themes. You only need to pay for support if you need someone to help you. and this can be purchased to cover support for another 6 months.
Another option is that you can also hire a web developer to help you with your issue if you prefer. Perhaps you can find webdeveloper with cheaper price? This is entirely up to you.
For cover external modules, we can help with Revolution Slider, and WPBakery Page Builder (the bundled plugins that comes with our theme).

Hi, My guest is you still have the FWRD logo set as the Retina Logo. You should go to wp-admin>fwrd>logo option And replace the FWRD logo by your own logo. Perhaps its a conflict with one of your third party plugins. Could you try something for me? Please deactivate all your plugins except Iron Music, WPBakery Page Builder, Essential Grid and Revolution Slider then see if the issue persists. If not, please reactivate your plugins one by one and see which plugin can cause the conflict. Tell me how it goes.
I purchased a license for this theme about a year ago. Client hosting got wiped out (long story) so I am trying to rebuild the site from scratch. But when I try and install this theme and activate the Iron Music plugin, I get this error:
