I’m not sure what you’re referring to. We include the premium version of Envira Gallery without any of their extensions. We don’t do any advertising or have any affiliate links related to Extensions. Some of the Extensions may offer additional functionality if you purchase the product directly but we don’t benefit from those offers.
Hello. We don’t use cornerstone for page building. We use visual composer. As soon as I update the X theme – ALL VC pages break. I’ve tried updating through multiple processes, but regardless, the pages not only break – the VC data seems to all go missing? Also, the new update try wrap all of our shortcodes with another shortcode called “[text_output]”?

and Web Themes & Templates has a submenu All items – Wordpress – Simple Site Builder etc
Can i do that with your theme? There is a another way to do this. There is no theme or plugin can do that and i think its really handy for many categories.

Hello support team! My company is looking to get a new website. Before making a final decision (and purchase this theme or not) I just want to confirm if the following would work with X themes: - Gutenberg update: I’ve read some of the articles you posted here but just wanted to ask if there are more details on this or detailed guidelines. - Is it possible to edit element IDs? We would need this for our user tracking (we currently use Segment). - Any more info in regards to speed and how SEO friendly is the theme. We had some issues in the past with this and ended up adding multiple plugins for cache, etc and we want to avoid all this.

Thanks for reaching out. To summarize on Gutenburg, we don’t directly integrate with it but there are no conflicts using it for some content and using our builder for other content. All elements in our builder allow you to set a custom ID attribute. You can also add custom HTML if needed. X is SEO optimized in terms of markup and structure. You may still want to add a plugin for SEO like Yoast because we don’t add additional features like adding meta tags (that’s usually plugin territory). If you’re using caching, you should typically only have one plugin active to handle it.

Thanks for writing in! While we don’t have “widget areas” available for these spaces you’ve referenced (as this is a slightly older way to do things), there are some options available to you should you need to customize things:
1. You can utilize a child theme to edit some templates and introduce content where needed.
2. You can utilize a child theme and use a few of our custom hooks used throughout the content to introduce your custom content where you need it.
We have a support staff that would be more than happy to help provide guidance in matters such as these should you decide to move forward.

Hi, I purchased xtheme a while ago and used the licence code, i now have deleted that website but cant seem to use the licence code on another website, please can you assist?
i get this message “Your code is valid but looks like it has already been used on another site. You can revoke and re-assign within your Themeco account.” but cant seem to re-assign

I can’t find where to start a support ticket so I am posting here. I have been working in cornerstone to edit and I accidentally imbedded a video while in visual composer. Now I can’t delete the video without deleting all the content on my site (that I created in cornerstone). Is there a way around this?

I posted a topic in the thread and received zero replies. I was hoping there would be a support ticket via email where I work one on one with someone. This is the first theme I’ve encountered that hasn’t had that. I’m finding the issues with cornerstone and visual composer to be very difficult in that they don’t work together but they do different things both of which I was hoping to use.

They did reply to say “don’t use composer and cornerstone together” but not how to fix the issue. Do I have to delete my entire page in cornerstone just to eliminate this accidental imbedded video in composer?
I am having a lot of difficulty with this theme and the customer support. At this point, I would like to delete it and ask for a refund. I reached out within a week and have still not received an answer to my question. Please tell me how to go about getting a refund. I would have liked to reply to someone personally via email but you don’t allow anyone to email someone directly. Again, I am requesting a refund. Please tell me how to go about doing that.

The previous developers had already registered for support on APEX, so we are not able to access support with the purchase code. What should we do in order to access APEX. Yes, X is a WordPress theme. All you need to install is is a self-hosted or managed WordPress installation (not WordPress.com).
Hi, are we able to utilize the free templates in layerslider? I receive this error when trying to do so (it is activated in plugins but I didn’t separately purchase it, I’m just using what came with X): “The PHP ZipArchive extension is needed to use the Template Store and import/export sliders with images.”

If you’re getting this error on a live site with a hosting provider, you can contact the host and inquire about having them enable this for you. Hi Themeco! Love your theme and was wondering if anyone else running xtheme (which uses and provides a copy of cornerstone for free with purchase) is getting the same errors as we are over at http://www.merkabasol.com.
Cornerstone and xtheme are having strange conflicts on our site. I can’t access the customizer unless I turn cornerstone off and it throws strange errors saying it will go to “skeleton mode” then nothing happens.
Let me know if there is a fix in the works or if you would like to take a closer look and I’ll provide admin access. I have posted the errors and details in your support forum thx!
