But we need link to your own website where you want do this. What would work on our demo, may do not work on your site. Thus, we want to avoid mistakes.

I have a purchase code, I have been using Betheme for many years. I am moving sites and need to register/deregister site. When I go to http://api.muffingroup.com/licenses/ and enter my username and license number it says not registered but I am and I was!!! I can’t use the theme I purchased now. Please advise.

Hi. Wordfence keeps reminding me that Force Regenerate Thumbnails has not been updated for two years. If I delete it, can my site change in some way? is there any precaution to take before eliminating it? i’m running Smush plugin too.

Force Regenerate Thumbnails plugin wasn’t updated for over 2 years because there was no such need. This plugin is safe and there is no need to worry about such messages. You can delete this plugin if you don’t need it of course but there is no such need.

I can see you have the option for video as background in sections in muffin editor, however, why isn’t there a youtube or vimeo option also.
If it’s possible how can add youtube as background for a section.
I just noticed if I use WPbakery I’ll get the option for youtube as section background, however I will loose other options, which are available in muffin. such as custom css for each column….

YT or Vimeo videos does not work well in background on devices with smaller display and that’s why we do not have such option included. So we are sorry but you can not use such types of videos in background.

I would suggest you leave it up to the user to decide if they want yt or vimeo in section background. Then give the option to display or not display video on mobile devices, and just use background image for mobile devices. It is not an issue at all.
I can tell you this is available in Avada and in Elementor.
I can work around this isse with some simple css, the question is, what about those who can’t?

Sure, we may consider it when we will get more requests about it and when we finish features and fixes that currently await in queue. Please understand that we can not add any feature you just want because lot’s of users uses poor hosting services and more options/features means higher server requirements. So if we will do necessary tests and decide that it does not charge server resources to much, then we will consider adding it of course.

I know there have been many questions about popup modals but most of them are very old. Based on what I see on your theme, the modal looks pretty limited. Is your theme compatible with Popup Maker? or at the very least compatible with Hubspot or Caledra forms? Thanks

unfortunately, we never used any of above plugins so we can not ensure that would be compatible with BeTheme. However, any 3rd party plugin that is written in accordance to WP API and guidelines, should work.

Have you any demos that use Visual Composer instead of Muffin?
Hi,
all pre-built layouts were built with Muffin Builder tool which is much lighter, easier in use and faster. We did not built those demos with WP Bakery (previously known as Visual Composer) because it’s an additional plugin and in reference to right agreements, we can not force users to use 3rd party plugins. Also, for many users, Visual Composer just doesn’t work right because plugin is quite heavy and requires good hosting service.

Hello, install the Be Press template, but now my page is too slow, I followed the guide to open the style.php and style colors.php files in the web browser, then I put the content of both in the style file – Statistics and I click on the static CSS button, but it does not adopt it, the code reference is not taken. What happens With this now I see impossible to install the carousel for images.

the method you have described above is very old and it does not work anymore that way. Please take a closer look into documentation and read the part after UPDATE!!! word. Please follow those steps to set up styles static.

I was finally able to deregister the theme and then register it again and was finally able to update the BeTheme WP Theme on my end. However, the WPBakery Page Builder plugin is still out of date. Did the updated plugin not come with the latest BeTheme update?

since version 20, all plugins can be easily updated from BeTheme > Install Plugins section with just a click. But please make sure that your installation is registered with a proper purchase code.

Hi, Wordpress did a core update this morning automatically (4.9.8) and now all custom options on our theme have disappeared and our website looks terrible. There seems to be an issue registering betheme and our purchase code is not working but not sure if this is the problem or not. We have tried restoring a back up website from yesterday which didn’t resolve the issue. Have tried contacting Envato but they told me to contact you. This is urgent, our website looks awful you must be able to fix this??

yes exactly only the text not the icon normally you could use inside of the list font=”” or color=”” but its not working
