Thanks for sharing the suggestion/feature request with us, I am forwarding this to our development department for considering to add it in the theme, but I am not giving you the guarantee for that because please note that a theme cannot satisfy all requirements as it may occur theme heaviness. Sometimes it may require your own customization. So if the development department finds it fit with the theme environment then surely they will look through it.

HI, I found your theme is very slow, my site’s server response time is about 12s without caching.
How do I make it fast within at least 2s without caching?
Of course I know about caching, I am using nginx fastcgi cache, but what I really want is even without caching, the server response time takes only 2-3s.
Because you know there is always someone who visits a page that is not cached, and I don’t want that someone abandon my site because of this extremely slow website speed. And not to mention mobile speed.
PS: theme version: 4.7.3 server: 2 cpu, 4g memory, all php.ini settings meet requirements.

This is quite normal for all WordPress Websites. It is not the Theme-specific, but how Wordpress works. All Wordpress sites need to be optimized once launched. IDX and IMPress just add more load to the page speeds.
You will need to optimize certain aspects of the Website in order to optimize the page load speeds.

Yes, If you set Shop page as Home Page then it will show shop and home both breadcrumbs in the breadcrumbs of the site so in order to remove any of them you have to use Custom CSS.
For removing Home from Breadcrumbs:
Please copy and paste the below-given CSS code to Appearance >> Theme Options >> Skin >> Custom CSS and check your site after removing the browser cache.

Please enable curl extension form server this will fix your issue. This extension is required for the registration process.
Or
The issue mostly occurs when the server has any kind of restriction and do not allow to communicate your server with our internal server for activation, so please ask your hosting provider to remove all sorts/kinds of restrictions from your account and deactivate the firewalls for some time until you activate the theme.

Sorry to say that but this is not possible with out Customization, As these are the default Pre-Built Designs for Product Page of the theme and you can not change it directly.
And you can change the order of the product sections on single product page by using WooCommerce default hooks, please read and follow the instructions written in the below given docs:

Sorry to say that but this is not possible to show the products in a table view on the shop page, you can show the products as a Grid or List view on the shop page using Porto WordPress and you can choose any one of those options from Appearance >> Theme Options >> WooCommerce >> Product Archive.

You can Delete/Disable the custom post type like the portfolio, events and members from Appearance >> Theme Options and by going into the particular Post Type Theme Option like Member, Portfolio, Event and turn the Option of Particular Content Type Disabled. And there is no option in the Theme to hide the Block Custom Post Type but you can hide/remove it by editing the code in the theme core files so please contact us through our support system with your site WP and FTP Login details so we will check and sole it for you.

This is caused by a memory limitation that is currently setup on your server and or WordPress installation,You need to ask your host provider increase the PHP memory limit.

All ThemeForest products allows One license for each domain on which you will install the theme (sub-domains or multisite installation does not matter though).
So regardless of number of clients, license works with number of domains. So if you are building 10 websites, you need to purchase 10 regular licenses for that etc… These are license usage policy of ThemeForest (and we have no control on this), you may wish to confirm from ThemeForest here:

We’re getting the rev slider error:
Revolution Slider Error: You have some jquery.js library include that comes after the revolution files js include. This includes make eliminates the revolution slider libraries, and make it not work.
It seems like a theme plugin issue since when we disable/change the theme everything works as it should. We’ve already tried the suggestion and it just breaks the site page.
Can you take a look and see what’s causing this?

Hi, how can i disable the carousel effect on featured image for blog with timeline layout?
On loading blog page featured image doesn’t show until about 5 seconds. Then each 5 seconds it’s like it’s sliding to a next image when there isn’t one.
If you leave the browser tab on a moment the image is visible and you go back to the tab, the image slider has stopped. And the other way, if you leave when image not visible and go back, image never shows up. Also, if you hover your mouse over any post item on blog page, the image slider for this particular post doesn’t even work at all…
I see I can set Slideshow Type to none in post options on the edit post page, but then it doesn’t show any image at all. About the post option “Featured Images”; even if i wanted to add more featured images in this carousel, where would i add them?

The Carousel effect is the default effect of the Theme on Blog page when you used two or more then two featured images for the single post and there is no option to turn it off in the Theme Options, If you do not want to use carousel effect then simply you can use single featured image for the post, then it will not work as carousel.

I had all the settings correct which was why I didn’t understand the carousel effect kept on working. I discovered that when I activate “Apply Post Link to Content”, the carousel is active. When I deactivate this option, the carousel is not active. Feels like a bug in the theme…

Sorry for misunderstanding. This is not the bug. If you want to disable the carousel effect then you should disable it from Theme Options >> Slider Config >> Disable the slider loop and auto play.

1. That frame around picture and Text is the section made using “Porto Image Frame WP Bakery element” and set predefined CSS class “m-b-xl” in it.
