As you know Porto WordPress uses WooCommerce, and WooCommerce has the default functionality of changing the image sizes and you can easily change the image sizes of products on Shop/Category and single product page as per your requirements. 2. Yes you can easily switch to Porto WordPress Theme, your WooCommerce and Products/Categories will not be affected until, you have used any third party plugin for that.

Please go to Appearance >> Theme Options >> Header >> Header Type and choose header type 3 or 19 as per your requirements and save changes, these two header types by default have a layout/structure to showing cart in the Top Header, otherwise if you want to use any other header header type then you have to make it possible with the help of Customization.

You will find all the header types files under wp-content/themes/porto/header.

Please enable curl extension form server this will fix your issue. This extension is required for the registration process.

Or

The issue mostly occurs when the server has any kind of restriction and do not allow to communicate your server with our internal server for activation, so please ask your hosting provider to remove all sorts/kinds of restrictions from your account and deactivate the firewalls for some time until you activate the theme. Otherwise please try/test the theme on any other test server hope you will not find an issue.

And also… damn sorry for the spam haha but I have a problem with the H1 tag. The breadcrumb are taking over the H1 tag and I also I have a custom title in H1. How can I stop the breadcrumb taking over the h1 tag?

1. You can change the Mobile Menu Toggle and Panel color as per your requirements from Appearance >> Theme Options >> Skin >> Mobile Menu.

1. The SKU search is only work in the YITH Ajax Search Premium plugin not in the free plugin. You are using the free plugin with the theme. You should use the premium purchase plugin then you will be able to search the products by SKU. https://wordpress.org/plugins/yith-woocommerce-ajax-search/

1. I think there must be the 3rd party plugin confliction issue. Please deactivate all the 3rd party plugins from your site and activate the theme required plugins, I am sure your issue will be solved.

2. For the filter color issue, please use the below given custom CSS code and paste it to Theme Options >> Skin >> Custom CSS section:

I think you are uploading the complete downloaded package of the Theme that is why you are facing this issue, So please extract the Theme on your Computer that you downloaded from the Envato and you will find Theme files folder when you will extract the theme and then inside Theme files folder you will find porto.zip so this the actual Theme.

Then please make sure that your server requirements must meet the latest Theme minimum requirements as given in the theme documentation here: https://www.portotheme.com/wordpress/porto/documentation/requirements-for-theme/

And finally, follow the steps showing in the Complete Installation Guide of Porto WordPress here and Install the Theme: https://www.portotheme.com/wordpress/porto/documentation/installation-video/

Please use the Child Theme for saving your Customization in the Theme after update of the Theme.

How to Generate/Create Child Theme

Please go to Porto >> Setup Wizard >> Child Theme and Click on the Button Create and Use Child Theme your child Theme will be created please see this screenshot for the better understanding: http://prntscr.com/jrlqho

And after generating/creating Child Theme please go to wp-content/themes/porto-child and create same directories hierarchy as in the Parent Theme by creating folders of the same name.

And then finally copy the particular PHP file from the Parent Theme to Child Theme on the Same path in the same directory and change/customize the code in the particular file in the child theme. You will not lose it ever when you will update the theme.
