Hello, I just updated to 6.5.5 and would like to use the new demo for v45 but it’s not showing up as an option in “Import” Demo Data page… Am I doing something wrong or is there another way to import this demo? Thanks!

Hi,
You can update the plugin via Wordpress Dashboard under PLUGINS > ALL PLUGINS. Click on “check for updates” and update OSHINE CORE plugin to 1.3.6 and you will able to import contents of v45 demo.

Any chance we can name the “Client” tiles in the module so that they don’t all just say “Client”? Its a real pain to try and arrange them once you get up to 8 or more.

On further investigating it looks you have limited the number of items per load in the portfolio grid module, so kindly edit your page with tatsu and increase the ” Number of Items per Load” and save your changes. Hi, I had some problems getting into my Admin so I turned of some plugins (RevSlider en MasterSlider), Now the site is running again but Tatsu doesn’t work anymore. When I open Tatsu for a portfolio it says: EDITABLE CONTENT AREA WAS NOT FOUND. Also when I click on a portfolio it sends me to a 404 page. Hope you can help me out.

The 404 problem looks like a permalink issue. Kindly go to SETTINGS ->PERMALINKS in your backend and set the permalinks to default style. Save the settings and then subsequently set it to POST NAME and save the settings again. This will refresh your htaccess file and will resolve any permalinks issue. If you are still unable to view the portfolio post and edit the post in TATSU, kindly provide your URL, wp-admin id and password along with your FTP details – host URL, username and password we will be able to investigate and fix the issue at the earliest. The images on the phone are way smaller(you have to zoom in manually), why can they not be as big on the phone as are https://www.saminghiasi.com/portfolio/paintings/
The way the paintings are aligned is perfect for the phone. But the other ones are just too small. One is carrouselle option (paintings), and all the others are the same but different option gallery.

You can use the custom CSS code below to reduce the Padding around this Portfolio Style in Mobile Devices -

The option to set the Color Scheme to Light is present in the Header Hero Section metabox in the respective page.
However if still feel the menu links don’t look legible in both the color schemes, you can choose to set the Header Style as Semi Transparent (ex. https://oshinewptheme.com/v9/ ) . The option to set the BG color of Semi Transparent header is present in Options Panel under OSHINE OPTIONS > TOP HEADER SETTINGS.

Yes, you can duplicate the Row and have 2 different text modules in the Rows. You can then Hide the Rows respectively in specific devices. The option to Hide the Visibility of Row can be found in TATSU’s editor panel.

I see that the images in the grid seem to have variable height and width. Unfortunately, the width of the Thumbnail cannot be made “Variable” in a Masonry style Portfolio. This style will only keep the height variable against a fixed width based on the Number of Columns chosen.

1. Yes you can change the button to a cart icon. The button is added as Widget under OSHINE OPTIONS > TOP HEADER > TOP HEADER WIDGETS. You have to remove the Code Widget and Add the CART widget to the RIGHT panel under “Position of Widgets” option.
2. Yes the Shop Page layout can be modified irrespective of the demo. The change is present in options panel under OSHINE OPTIONS > SHOP
3. Woocommerce is a free plugin. Although it is not included with the theme in the package you can download it from the wordpress repository.

This issue is also related to the master slider setting in your page. You can check that the issue does not occur in our test site here – http://brandexponents.com/oshine-lite/v38/. Is there an option to build collapsable sections on the front end assigned to a button? Click a button, expand a section sort of thing.

Unfortunately there isn’t an option to have collapsable sections linked to a button. However you can achieve this using Simple custom javascript code. I have emailed you the custom code and instructions that you need to implement this.

The master slider is spanning through the full width and height of the Screen. Kindly ensure you have set the Slider sizing method as Full Screen in the Master Slider Settings screen.
