I bought the theme and tested it on one domain that I will not use. Now when I try to activate it on my real domain it says I cant activate it… since its been once activated on another domain. Please remove the activation from the other domain.
I have already deleted the theme the test domain that i used it on, but still cant activate the theme on the real domain. If this is not possible please make a refund as I cant use the theme.

I’m using the image/color swatch that came with the theme (I’m not using any 3rd party plugin for color/image swatch).
It works great, but we have many very similar colors when you look at them (lipstick, lipliner, etc.) and it would be nice to show the color name too while choosing the colors.
It is very important for customers to know the name of the color.
Right now, the only way for customers to know what color they are purchasing is until the product is in the shopping cart, where it displays the color name.
Is there a way to make the color name appear in the tooltip when customers hover over the color in the shop page and in the product single page, either in the tooltip on color hover, over the image (like the “HOT”, discount, etc. tags) or maybe somewhere else in the page when selecting a color, before adding it to the shopping cart?

This issue mostly occurs because of the server incompatibility issue, Please make sure that your server requirements must meet the latest Theme minimum requirements as listed below:
Requirements for Theme
You need to agree on the following requirements.
WordPress 4.0 or higher.
PHP 5.6 or higher.
MySQL 5 or higher.
Memory Limit 64M or higher.
Recommended PHP Configuration Limits
Many issues are all related to low PHP configuration limits. The solution is to increase the PHP limits. You can do this on your own or contact your web host and ask them to increase those limits to a minimum as follows:
max_execution_time 600 minimum and it would be great if it will set as 1000
memory_limit 128M
max_input_vars 2000
post_max_size 32M
upload_max_filesize 32M

I mean that there is no Hooks list for Porto WordPress, If you want to Customize the Theme then you have to Customize it in the Theme Core Files.
And yes it is the result of Short codes, and those all pages comes with Demo Import, when you Import any demo then there is an option to Import Short codes, Just check it to Yes and those all will be on your site.

Yes, you can create multiple Portfolio pages by going into WP-Dashboard >> Pages and create a page and use Porto Portfolio element in it and set it as per your requirements and then save it and like same way you can create multiple pages as well.

Hi, I don’t understand why …. but since 4.8 was released I just can’t update correctly.
Update works, but the website is just a blank white page.
I’ve cleared cache from plugin and external, but still nothing. I’ve never had this issue updating the theme before and it has always worked.
Did something else change when 4.8 was released?

Then after that please follow the steps listed below to update your Theme:
Please try to install/update your theme by yourself first if you fail then we will do it for you but after extending your support extension because your 6 months of support period is expired from 09/06/2016. According to Envato support policy, renewing support is required for further support. Please follow the below steps:
1. Take the complete backup of your current site.(If you are updating theme)
2. Go to CPanelwp-content/themes and rename old theme Porto to anything.(If you are updating theme)
3. Upload the latest zip file of the theme there in wp-content/themes.
4. Extract the zip file of the theme there.
5. Go to WP Admin Panel >> Appearance and activate the theme there.
Your theme will be updated easily.

Hi again, so I did exactly as you’ve stated – which works if using the actual theme. However I’m using the child theme setup – which breaks.
I try without the child and it’s fine …. as soon as the old child is introduced, I get a blank white page.
I tried creating a NEW child theme from the wizard, and even that returns a blank page?
Anyone else having this issue?

You can set the Footer from Appearance >> Widgets >> Footer Widget 1,2,3 and 4 by adding/set the particular widgets in it as per your requirements.
And you can set the layout of the Footer from Appearance >> Theme Options >> Skin >> Footer.
But when you will set the Footer from Widgets, it will set as global footer and will appear on your entire site, so if you only want to set the footer on the particular pages then you have only one option “The Blocks”, You have to use a block and how? Please read the below given instructions:
1. Go to Blocks and create a new block, name it any thing as per your requirements.
2. Set the elements in the particular Block as per your requirements.
3. Save that block.
4. Copy that block slug name by clicking on the quick edit button of the particular block.
5.Go to pages and edit the particular page and scroll below, at the bottom of the page you will find view option, under view options you will find content bottom option, paste the block slug name in the content bottom option of that page and save changes.
7. Finally check your site after removing the browser cache, It will only appear on your site particular page.
