Hello team, thanks for that great theme, I bought it twice and recommended it to several people! Unfortunately I encounter some troubles. I tried everything I could to figure it out, without success. I need your help on that situation because I am sure that the problem comes from the theme: one click, one 503 error. My website is not accessible for 15 or 20 min, each time I am trying to update my homepage. I checked with my hosting provider, the website makes too many requests on the server so the mitigation system starts. —> I erased all of my website to start over, new database, new ftp files: same problem. I tried to recreate it locally from 0 with MAMP and then migrated it online: same problem. I am sorry but this is more than annoying. I tried to reach you on Facebook because somebody had the same problem a long time ago, but no answer. Before renewing my support subscription, I want to be sure that you’ll take that case seriously, because this is not normal. I’ve never had that type of problem and I work on a lot of website with Wordpress, with the same hosting provider. I hope you’ll answer me… Caroline

This is a server related issue. We introduced a new way of saving, which is actually by-passing whole WordPress and should eliminate all hosting tweaks.
You can see this option under WP Admin -> Ark -> Theme Options -> Performance -> Builder Settings “Save builder content without any WordPress hooks”.
If you activate this option, it should be better. Other than that, we can only recommend you to migrate to a different hosting provider.

Hey, Thanks, I tried that several times but the problem is still the same, with or without that option activated. My hosting provider is one the best that exists and I am running more than 10 websites with it: I have never had that kind of problem. They checked what’s going on and it is not on their servers. The problem comes from my website (only one and unique page), something else is wrong. I don’t have this problem with the Twenty Seventeen theme, so the problem comes from the theme!! Another idea? Thanks
Ok I think I probably found where the problem is from! I disable the Fresh builder Javascript cache… and no more 503 until now, just it takes a life to load the elements and display the backend. That could be a start to investigate more…

The disabling JS case is just a co-incidence. It actually makes the load on your server smaller.

. If you mean the preloader, then it is currently not possible to modify it other than by writing a custom CSS. But you can enable/disable it in WP Admin -> Ark -> Theme Options

I’m working on my client website with this theme. I’ve a big problem. Page builder not working. I need quick solution. Showing this message but page builder not loading ever: (Re)building Fresh Builder cache for this computer. This can take upto 3 minutes on slower servers and usually happens only after installing/updating the theme or when using a new computer. Once built, everything will be much faster.

could you tell me where i change the colour of the dropdown background and font?

You could change these via “Ark > Headers”. Around the color options there are those visual boxes and they have a pencil icon in their top right corner which you can use to adjust more things such as fonts.
Fonts are managed globally via “Ark > Theme Options” by the way.
