Hello Dear, Theme was purchase from my old freelancer developer which I can seem to get hold on him right now. The page-builder problem is not big. It’s only version and compatibility issue. So,Theme developer should fix this issue. I tried uploading Anchor and Header Tags on the website but there is an issue with the builder in this theme its not loading when editing any page or post content so I am not able to update Anchor and Header Tags. I’ve detected some bugs on your Portfolio options…
Please may you check on this questions?:
1. On “Default Portfolio Archive” I’m editing with Layout Builder but on “Filters Order” don’t show categories that uses “&” (http://prntscr.com/lv0a8y). For example don’t show on frontend: Retail & Leisure. May you fix that?
2. On “Default Portfolio Single” I’ve added a Portfolio element to show all “Related Portfolio posts” and it shows 3 of my portfolio but default pagination (http://prntscr.com/lv0bh8) is not working (I push on next icon but it doesn’t show any next post (even if I’m not using your PHP Advanced Loop Settings)... What’s wrong with this or perhaps is it an Ark’s theme bug?
I hope you may help with this because they are basic Portfolio options…

Hello, I update my wp website to wordpress version 5.0.1. there is new Gutenberg editor. When I create new page (f.e. I add pricing table or testimonials through Fresh Builder) and press Quick Save and Update – the page is empty. I tried it at least 20 times and it didn’t work. When I went back to edit page it is empty as well, it seems like I do anything in fresh builder. Can you please help me with this issues? Thank you!

Hi,
my site auto-updated to WP 5.0 and now I can no longer access the Fresh Builder. In the back-end I only see the Gutenberg editor and when I disable it, I get the classic editor and via the screen options menu I can activate the Fresh Builder but then it just keeps loading and remains unusable; I updated the theme to version 1.41 and all plug-ins are up to date as well.
Any ideas?

Hi! Excited to hear that you have an update to fix some of the Wordpress 5.0 issues. Typically the upgrade pops up on my dashboard under Ark/Updates. But when I check for updates, it states, “Currently, there are no products which need to be updated.” Do you know why it is not showing up?

Did you hit the refresh button in the WP Admin -> Ark -> Updates? If not, then it can take up to 24 hours to propagate the update.

Curious FreshFace if mobile view parallax image backgrounds were possible yet I. The latest theme version?

It’s more about mobile phones and their browsers and not what we can do from our end, in current situation these are not good enough performance-wise (and dev function-wise) to provide a smooth parallax experience so we have not included it. But once these devices catch up with laptops it should be possible, though it may take some time before that happens. Thank you for keeping an eye out for this.

Hello Freshface, I’ve been working with this theme for a while now and never had trouble with the builder, but since the last upgrade it won’t load the builder cache. I haven’t upgrade Wordpress to 5.0, since I’m afraid not all plugins have made the upgrade yet. Do I have to upgrade Wordpress so the builder can work again? Other issue I’m having is that the advanced custom fields pro is asking me for a license key but I thought it was packaged with the ark theme, it have never asked me for the license before. thank you for your help!

1.) Editor – this is weird. Are you talking about the 1.41.0 version? If so, could you, please, open a ticket? We will assist you with this ASAP.
2.) ACF – we deliver the latest version of ACF with the theme, but due to the licensing policy of ACF authors, we cannot deliver any license key. So you can wait for updates provided with the theme updates, or you can decide to purchase the ACF plugin and get the license key and auto updates.

Hey, great work, it’s the best theme I worked with so far, thanks!
Just one question regarding google Maps and GDPR. Do you work on a feature to opt-in Google Maps? To be GDPR compliant the Maps and the related SDK should not be loaded until the user allows it. A way to do this would be to replace the map buy a button explaining the user the context and allowing to confirm the loading.
Another nice way would be if the theme could provide a cookie notice where you can add a opt-in or opt-put checkbox for Google Maps, Google Analytics etc.
