Because you faced with such a weird issue, which we believe has nothing to with the BeTheme itself, we recommend the following steps:

1. Please go to your FTP account where theme is, remove whole theme folder and then upload the latest version thru FTP as well. Please make sure that all the files were copied correctly.

2. Remove all 3rd party plugins (including cache of course).

3. Make sure, there is no additional cache stuff on server side.

Please set the class name for that item first and then send us link to page where you have menu item with individual class. Only then, we will be able to give you right css.

if you mean an option that removes all extra stuff like plugins, hover effects, etc on mobile then we do not have anything like this included. Basically, if you want site to be as fast as possible on mobile, you should have just plain text without any additional features.

Hey,

due to new Envato & WordPress guidelines, all authors are force to make necessary changes in themes. It is not completely dependent on us but on new version of WP. Thus, we have to add functions like: esc_url(), esc_html() or esc_attr() for many items / shortcodes. That’s the reason why using HTML tags (special signs) in some custom fields is no longer allowed.

Basically, this tool wants the websites to load on mobile as simple as possible. It means that you should have plain html without any plugins or addons included. It would be also great not to load any pictures.

So as you can see, this simply can not be done using WordPress.

files like .woff or .ttf are not accepted by WordPress since long time. And to upload such files, you have to use Disable Real MIME Check plugin.

Ok. So to remove the shadow and background color from even rows, please use the custom css below:

    box-shadow: 0 0 0 0;
}

    background: none;
}

do you mean to highlight the background color of whole section? If yes, it should be possible with custom css. The first thing you have to do is set class/ID name for the section that you want to highlight and then according class/ID name, you have to write custom css declaration.
