Hi guys, it would be a nice to have an extra option inside the Muffin Dashboard. “Hide Related Posts.” In a way, that when you click on a post, you don’t see “related posts.” You can put it in Muffin Options -> Blog.

there is such option already included. If you do not want to display related posts, all you have to do is set 0 for Count field under BeTheme Options > Blog, Portfolio & Shop > Blog > Related Posts section.

in reference to Themeforest license and agreements, once purchased license can be used for one site/domain only. If you want to use this theme for few sites, then you must buy as many licenses as many sites you want to build. This applies to all themes on this marketplace and there is no other license available.

Slider Revolution 5.4.8.1 is interfering with creating products. I have wordpress 5.0.1 When it’s activated, the drop down to choose the type of product is no longer there. If I click on attributes, nothing happens. When I deactivate it, all product functionality returns.

the error “The package could not be installed. The package contains no files.” means that you have not deregistered the website before moving. Please deregister it on both domains and register again on the new one. If this is not possible, then please send us access to your WP dashboard along with full purchase code that you have used for theme registration, so we can take a closer look.

1/ I can not write questions at forum, why? I’ve just bought 7-th theme unit… frankly confused.
2/ As I can not ask there, the main question about pagination in a single post. Attention! I new about Be almost all ) and do not need pagination option for postS, portfolio. I need inside a single post or page. As you’ve shown here: https://themes.muffingroup.com/be/blogger2/14-2/
How did you do that? Is any shortcode, or Muffin Buider element? How to divide long post/page into pages? Simple, standart WP action.

1. This happens sometimes, when support expires. In such case, please log-in onto your account on support forum and refresh browser window.

If you mean Page Break, it works in default WP editor only and the post you’ve mentioned above, was built with default WP editor.

Hi I bought the BeTheme template time ago, support is now expired, but I still have a question: I want to install a demo site now, to change the look of the active website, but before doing this, I instlaled a copy in local, on my PC: I cannot though activate the demo I want, since it asks for registration. I know I can deregister my active website, register the local copy and test it, but that will brake my live website. Any suggesitons?

Thanks for the answer, I actually managed to do so. One more question: I managed in local to install the prebuilt site, since the local version was empty of products (my website is also a shop) and blog posts. If I install the prebuilt site on the live site, using the DB reset plug-in, will I be able then to reimport all the posts, all the products and still have a perfectly functioning website? This is important since I do have running orders on the live website, so I need to restore a working version of the site

ok a month has passe,d had to do other things, meanwhile I had the website in the old fashion (previous version). I still cannot manage to do a clean reinstall of the pre-built site I chose, since it either throws me a database error, or it completes it WITHOUT isntalling all the demo content and theme options that I need. How to proceed?
Because you faced with such a weird issue, which we believe has nothing to with the BeTheme itself, we recommend the following steps:
1. Please remove WordPress files and whole database. Then create totally new/fresh database and install recent version of WordPress.
2. Please download recent version of BeTheme from Themeforest and install it. Please make sure you do not have any 3rd party plugins installed.
3. Do the import of pre-built website. Make sure you gone thru all installation steps and didn’t missed anything. For more details about demo import process, please check documentation.
4. Make sure, there is no additional cache stuff on server side.
Hope these steps would help you a lot because we do not have any other suggestion.

I cannot see any of the Muffin Group Options when I click on Be Theme Options so I can’t update the footer copyright date. 1. Please go to your FTP account where theme is, remove whole theme folder and then upload the latest version thru FTP as well. Please make sure that all the files were copied correctly.

to do this, you have to set class name for that specific item and then regarding class name, write custom css declaration under BeTheme Options > Custom CSS & JS > Custom CSS section.
