Hi, congratulations for this perfect template, and 1 of the best templates on wordpress of course. I kindly request if there is any way to resolve 3 bugs. The latest update didn’t fix them, also the latest update 4/1/18 created some minor errors on js and css. so i downgraded on previous version.

1st error is that we have duplicate main menu on the bottom , but no viewable with browser css enable, if disable browser css is viewable on bottom, so twice loading time. (has not to do with cache, i tested also with no cache) https://www.photobox.co.uk/my/photo/full?photo_id=501548045997

2. the perfect porto plugin ” masonry media grid ” unfortunately doesn’t work properly with any cache, total cache, fastest cache, cache enabler etc…the text appears ok, but the images on second load page doesn’t appear cause of cache. is there any way to give some extra code and have cache compatibility with this plugin or 2d choice(not so preferred) how to exclude from cache

3. the big problem with wp-admin/admin-ajax.php and /?wc-ajax=get_refreshed_fragments, i know that has to do with woocommerce but with porto template makes the page loads 6-7 seconds more as i tested, thats a huge delay , no solution with heartbeat plugin, no solution if redirect page on cart after “add to cart” and disable ajax from woocommerce backend . can’t find solution,

I am thankful for your excellent template , which made my business so professional and beautiful. If you can give me a solutions for these 2 bugs i will be so satisfied , if needs any more details or payment pls let me know to open a ticket.

1. I did not find any issue in the latest theme as you defined. Can you please share the screenshot of the issue with me for better understanding.

2. The masonry media grid element is not our theme element, it is the Visual Composer default element. Also, I have checked the element is working fine.

3. It is the speed issue, have you tested our speed Optimize Option from the theme?

Can you please send us site login details through our support system so we will check all issues on your site and solve it.

thank you very much for quick support, i opened a ticket for above bugs, but YOU ARE RIGHT, only 1 minor error with duplicate header , there are no bugs with template, we just have some 3d party compatibility bugs that has not to do with template, hope to response soon on ticket, thanks again for this excellent template.

I just upgraded to 4.9 and found that layout is totally messed up esp. on my home page and WooCommerce individual product pages.

Odd thing is that home page looks fine when I look within the Appearance -> Customize window, but NOT when I browse to it.

Just go to Appearance >> Theme Options and click on save changes button and the CSS will automatically be compiled.

Hey Guys. I wanted to share that I was able to resolve my issue. It was due to a WP caching plugin that was messing the front-end up. Good to go!

How to edit footer widget 2 (porto theme – shop 2) content. Porto block -> slug name is footer. There is no option to edit demo details.

If you go to Appearance >> Widgets >> Footer Widgets you will find a Porto Block widget is being used inside Footer Widget right, and as you told that there is a block slug name inside Porto Block Widget, which means the particular section is coming from Blocks, so you have to go to Blocks and finds and edit the Footer Block and change any thing as per your requirements.

Hi, I’ve installed the main theme a few days ago and added a lot to it (Stripe, WPML) and have started to play with the pages etc…

I want to now set-up the child theme… Would creating a child theme now entail that I start over all of my plug-in installations or will it not change those things?

Would launching the wizard not create an issue or will it reset everything at this stage?

Please install the child theme from the Porto >> Setup Wizard and not worry about any thing, it will not cause any issue to your site.

hi, loving your theme! I’ve used it to set up my site and webshop and I’ve come pretty much all the way thanks to the comments here.

One thing however I can’t find to manage is to remove the little white border around the product image when viewing a single product in the shop; for example: https://www.thewildsite.nl/product/cheetah-jong-mara/

I did manage to use some code to remove the border around the small thumbnail but not the large box. Any ideas?

Hi, the new format automatically adds the portfolio slug name to the META items. So for example: Portfolio Description, Portfolio Details ( %s Description, %s Details). I don’t want the slug name added in front of the META’s.

You are facing an issue because of the cache on your server, It is clearly showing on your site that the CSS is coming from wp-content/uploads folder and the CSS only come from the particular folder when there is some cache like CDN or similar Installed on the server, so please contact your hosting provider and ask your hosting provider to first flush/remove all sorts of cache from your server and then deactivate it until you are in the development process and then you have to remove the cache from your site if any cache plugin is Installed and for a while deactivate it and then check your site after removing the browser cache hope you will not find an issue.

Sorry to say that but we have not tested the paystack payment gateway with the latest Theme so we are not able to suggest you at this time, but if you want you can try/test it with the Theme but at your own risk because we do not provide our dedicated support for any of the third party plugin, and we have used WooCommerce plugin in the Theme so you can make possible/provided/functionality changes the plugin provides based on delivery, you can read more about it here: https://docs.woocommerce.com/documentation/plugins/woocommerce/getting-started/shipping/

Look you have Installed the latest Theme on this site: www.lgbtsherbrooke.ca/ and on this site as well: https://www.aquaexotik.ca/en right and on the first one: https://www.lgbtsherbrooke.ca/ it is working perfectly fine, you can see this video: https://jmp.sh/FMWKrBd
which clearly indicates that there is no such issue in the Theme, The issue is only on your site and which may be any third party plugin confliction issue and also we have not able to debug it for you because you have not provided us the permission to debug your site which includes deactivating all the third party plugins as well and CDN is Installed and activated on your server as well which prevent the changes to show on your site because it is very powerful cache so first of all you have to flush/remove and then deactivate the CDN.

I have a question. When using the theme update file (posted today), my website is not working. When placing the backup of Porto back, website is working again. Maybe something in your newest Porto theme files is not working? Is that possible? Or is there something I am doing wrong?

We have tested the latest Theme several times before releasing an update and the latest Theme is working perfectly fine, The issue is at your end, Please turn on the Debug Mode from the wp-config.php file and then try to update the Theme by following the steps listed in this article: https://smartwave.freshdesk.com/support/solutions/articles/12000052422--14-update-porto-theme-manually-without-loosing-any-data-

It seems that you did something wrong. It seems you activated the license on localhost and uploaded to the hosting server, but the license is not activated on hosting server again. Right?

​ So please try once again, by deactivating the Theme from the site you are using now and then again activate the Theme same theme again with the same purchase code on the same site and then try to update the Theme, hope it will work for you.
