Hi,

I have had an urgent support ticket (#40237) open for over 2 days and the response time is over 10 hours for each reply. It is on urgent status but remains unattended. Can someone please assist in replying to this ticket? The technician asked for credentials which I supplied immediately, but no one bothered to attend to the ticket after I supplied what was requested.

I have been a loyal customer and so far have purchased 5 licenses. We had intended to purchase more as we develop a larger customer base. As a volume customer I would expect to get a better level of support as our websites have certain business critical applications.

1. 2, Sorry to say that but this is not possible with the help of Theme Options, You have to Customize the Theme for achieving your needs. ​ 3. This is also not possible with the help of Theme Options, the Search is coming from wp-content/themes/porto/inc/functions/layout.php and you can change and modify/Customize it as per your requirements from there.

WHY did you add the Porto logo to the footer of every single website after updating to 4.9. I have over 30 websites using Porto that I have to go fix now. I don’t even know where it’s coming from because if you go to Porto -> Theme Options -> Footer -> Footer Logo it’s blank. Now I have to into the CSS for every website and add .footer-left .logo{display:none !important}. I wish you would test things before pushing them out.

Actually that is the default Logo of the Theme and is coming with the dummy Content, you just have to go to Appearance >> Theme Options >> Footer and you will find a Footer Logo as blank but the footer is there on your site on front end right, Just add a new Logo for footer from there and then again remove that new logo and save changes and check your site after removing the browser cache hope you will find this issue resolved.

I understand that mistakes happen. No other update added your logo to the footer of every single install. To me it looks like this was done intentionally. I went the CSS route in case a future update tries to put the Porto logo back in the footer.

Hello.. With the latest version i lost revolution slide functionality in front page of my shop 10 website, https://www.pulpitrockadventure.no/

I have deactivated all plugins, removed all cache and tested using the different slider debug options but with no luck.

Any idea?

I did find the issue. The main container div is set with a dynamic min-height of 488px which prevent the slider to appear:

element { min-height: 488px; } div id=”main” class=”column1 wide clearfix no-breadcrumbs” style=”min-height: 488px;”

So i added the below CSS to solve this:

.home #main { min-height: initial !important; }

Any idea why this issue, bug in Porto ?

I also find hundreds of these notices in my debug-log for my 3 porto sites. I was able to fix it in my sites using porto shop 1 by setting value 1 instead of 0 in breadcrumbs border top and border bottom in theme options. But this does not work with shop 10 and i belive there is something because breadcrumbs disabled on frontpage.

Hi, the latest 4.9 version has caused problems with social media items in the upper header. Instead of small blue iocns, they have all gone to larger, different coloured icons with the social media network reversed… except that instead of being reversed, they are filled with the blue, making them mostly unviewable.

Also, automatic updates have been failing for some time, saying: “An error occurred while updating Porto: The package could not be installed. PCLZIP_ERR_BAD_FORMAT (-10) : Unable to find End of Central Dir Record signature”

It seems that you did something wrong. It seems you activated the license on localhost and uploaded to the hosting server, but the license is not activated on hosting server again. Right?

​So please try once again, by deactivating the Theme from the site you are using now and then again activate the Theme same theme again with the same purchase code on the same site and then try to update the Theme, hope it will work for you.

I am looking forward to buy the theme. I saw the demo – I could see “sticky sidebar” in shop page – mobile version, but not there in homepage – mobile version. Does the theme have the option to have sticky sidebar in mobile version – home page ?

Yeah, you have to set the sidebar for home page on your site from Appearance >> Widgets as per your requirements and then it will also work for you on mobile version of the site as well.

Hello I get below error when I try to install or Live preview of Porto Version: 4.9

Error :- This page isn’t working “Website name here” is currently unable to handle this request. HTTP ERROR 500

But when I delete / remove the Porto theme file from the server again website is working.

And Error Log shows this syntax error also.
