I am having trouble controlling image size in JNews Image Gallery

when add a picture to the JNews image gallery they are large and distorted Serched the problem online thumbnail regenerator was recommended installed the thumbnail regenerator but that did not fix the problem. I cannot ad gallery images of products if I cant control their size.

The size of the pictures is too large they don’t even look like thumbnails. The pictures look stressed and distorted no matter what the original size is. I don’t see in the video where it addresses these ridiculously large thumbnails. I can’t have product ads that take up almost a whole page.
hi lily, im not really sure which element do you mean. which thumbnail do you mean? also your landing page is result of imported content.

Yes JNews Image Gallery does not work the image quality is unacceptable and too big!! It asks for a size thumbnail is the default size no matter what you do any image place gets distorted and blown up out of proportion

I recreated the gallery called smart products on latenitecorner.info home page. It appears to be gallery specific if I take an existing post and replace picture the image does fine but I did regenerate thumbnails when I replaced image in existing post

For the social share at the moment, we don’t have this kind of feature. You may need to do some changes in there based on your requirement and your share setup. Can you share your site url?

I had disable it but nothing solve. Any other way please. cache and speed i’m using Wp-fastes cache, Jnews cache, cloudflare integrated with siteground hosting.

Regarding this issue can you please try to disable all plugins except required plugin that related with JNews just for a while to check if there’s plugin conflict issue in there.

First time is i just purge cache with jnews speech it usually happen when purge but normally it take just a few hours for everything comeback as normally. and now nothing solve even i disable all plugin and cloudflare integration.
hi poppo123, so you will need to clear your cache to on cloudflare. we actually having plan to remove jnews speed plugin on the future update. because themes should not be handling a feature like this one.
so it recommended if you disable the plugin, and try to use another plugin. i believe there is plenty high-quality plugin outside that work perfectly with these themes.

i believe there will be no issue with those plugin. because SEO work a different way with the themes. and I don’t think there will be any conflict for both to work together.

hi poppo123, yes its possible if you have the file. you can go to our customizer and you will find there is an option to upload your own font.
we are using cloudflare, it will automatically compress your image. and for us its quite good because they are using the latest technology available.

When searching using the search feature on mobile, it shows only the image but not the post title. It looks like the text is same as the background color. Where can I change the color of the title.
Check the website nidm.net on mobile and search using the search bar. This happens only on the mobile.
