On mobile devices (tested on iPhone X, Huawei P Smart and Galaxy S8 – Google Chrome Browser) it shows ”|- OR -” before the add to cart button on single product pages(Standard product layout, without sidebar). It doesn’t show it when using the browser inspector but it does on real devices. (Also tested it with clearing all caching/sessions/cookies)

I have just tested your site at my end on IPhoneX and Samsung Galaxy S8 and finds it works perfectly fine at my end, please see the below given screenshots, It must be the cache issue at your end nothing else, so please check your site after removing the server, site and browser cache, hope you will not find an issue.

After instal last version of Porto theme my code to show SKU in product category don’t work. I use this code

Hi, Currently installing theme for the first time & all went well until Plugin install on the Porto Setup Wizard. ALL Plugins FAIL to install??? Can someone please help? PHP configuration is above recommendations. FTP credentials are correct.

I think you have not activate the theme. Please first activate the theme from Porto >> Setup WIzard then try to insall the plugin from setup wizard, I am sure you will not find any issue.

For the next update, can you also please the ’’If you have shopped with us before, please enter your details below. If you are a new customer, please proceed to the Billing & Shipping section.’’ field on the checkout page? It’s beeing shown only when the user has already an account, and wants to input his login details on the beginning of the page.

It’s probably a .pot theme issue, but you know better – please check before next update if it’s translatable or not (although it seems to be in the pot file, it doesn’t beeing applied on the page). All other fields are ok. Thanks :)

After upgrading to 4.9, I realized that Easy Fancy Box plugin is running into a jQuery/JS conflict with Porto’s built-in Lightbox implementation, so I had to downgrade Easy Fancy Box plugin to 4.6 to make it work.

Anyhow, does Porto’s Lightbox supports opening up PDF and playing Vimeo private videos in a Lightbox? I can totally remove Easy Fancy Box plugin if above works.

Two more questions,

1)why does my Top navigation MENU show a weird line borders around them after upgrade.. Any way to disable border lines in MENUs? 2)why does Cart icon doesn’t show up on desktop after upgrade, but works fine on Mobile?

If built lightbox doesn’t support PDF and playing private/domain-whitelisted videos, please suggest if there is a way to disable built-in lightbox in Porto theme.

First of all, we have not tested the plugin “Easy FancyBox” with the latest Theme and this is a third-party plugin and you know that we do not provide the support for any of the third party plugin, as it requires Customization.

Secondly, Yes, You can set/Insert the Vimeo video using Porto LightBox element but not PDF.

1 and 2, It is because of the cache and Optimized CSS of your site, Please remove your server, site and browser cache and deactivate your site Optimized plugin and check your site after removing the browser cache hope you will not find the issue.

And sorry to say that but if you want to disable the theme core functionality then it requires Customization and for that, you have to contact our Customization team at nicework125@gmail.com for paid Customization services.

Hello, I just got another license for the theme and using another demo, for the “construction” demo, can you please tell me how to remove the orange diamond that’s above footer in home page? or at least how to change its color?

Also, if I want to move my files to another webhost but using same URL, do I need to deactivate the theme first?

1. If you want to remove it just copy and paste the below-given CSS code to Appearance >> Theme Options >> Skin >> Custom CSS and check your site after removing the browser cache.

And if you want to change its color so just copy and paste the below-given CSS code to Appearance >> Theme Options >> Skin >> Custom CSS and change the color value as per your requirements and check your site after removing the browser cache.

}

2. Yes, you have to deactivate the License first and then after migrating activate the Theme again on the new hosting with the same purchase code.

Removed block slug name “category-image-slider” placed in Shop Page under Content Inner Top.

Porto theme functionalities and design are very good. But I faced with a bad experience. After activating PORTO theme I cant upload images, it shows http error.

To confirm that I activated default wordpress theme (twenty nineteen), and images are uploaded seamlessly and without any error.
