Hi May i know this theme is fully working with elementor pro? I can build the header using elementor pro?
Hi and thanks for reaching out to us
Yes, you can use Elementor Pro, but there are some concerns you need to know when creating a header template. Please refer to this article and read the “Warning” part. http://help.artbees.net/header/creating-a-custom-header-in-jupiter-x-using-elementor
Hi, What is the problem if using elementor pro to create the header?
Thank you for the reply. In case you are using Elementor Pro for header template with Display Conditions, some of the Jupiter X header customizations may not work properly and to fix that:
1. Make sure the Display Conditions are not provided for your header templates. Just save a template without conditions.
2. Make sure the Sticky option under Scrolling Effect is set to None in the Advanced settings of the Section container in your header template. http://take.ms/aOHOd
Hi, may i know will you guys fix those problem at the future?
Yes, our developers are aware of these problems and will fix them in future updates. Meanwhile just follow the instructions from the article http://help.artbees.net/header/creating-a-custom-header-in-jupiter-x-using-elementor Thank you.
Hello team. I am using the custom header builder and I want to change the target of the search icon from ”/?s=skirt&hb-search-nonce=c6cb48e77c” to ”/?s=skirt&post_type=product” via a child function. Could you assist?

I have Jupiter version 4.1.1 and it doesn’t seem compatible with php 7.2. Do I need to upgrade to Jupiter x and if so how do I do this
Hi and thanks for reaching out to us
Your Jupiter version is too old and you need upgrade the theme to 6.1.6 version. Please refer to this article https://themes.artbees.net/docs/upgrading-jupiter-theme-v6/ You’ll have to re-create some pages as the shortcodes were modified during the updates and some of them may be broken on your pages. To fix it, you’ll need to re-add the updated elements from WPBakery Page Builder.
If you want to upgrade to Jupiter X, you’ll have to re-create all your pages, as the main page builder is Elementor here and you need to create pages with this builder. Refer to this article http://help.artbees.net/maintenance/updating-the-theme/upgrading-jupiter-theme-to-version-x
If you still have any questions or problems with upgrading, you can create a ticket from your Artbees Dashboard or create a chat thread and our supporters will help you.
Is it possible to use non elementor plugins? I can’t seem to get any to work. I wondered if there’s a setting I’m missing or if you can only use proprietary plugins specific to elementor?
Hi and thanks for reaching out to us
You can use other plugins too. If you have any problems with some plugins, you can create a ticket to our support via your Artbees Dashboard or create a chat thread to get help for this issue.
Hi, it is not posible to get the old Jupiter Wordpress theme? I don’t like Jupiter X at all…
Thanks!
Hi and thanks for reaching out to us
Jupiter 6* version is also supported and it’s included in the full package when you download it from ThemeForest. You’ll get jupiter.zip and jupiterx.zip archives. If you want to use old Jupiter theme, you need install jupiter.zip.
Hi – your theme looks interesting and I’m keen to buy it, but I notice there have been a lot of problems with it recently - if I was to purchase Jupiter now, will I encounter these same problems? Or should I wait for you to fix it? The purchase is for a brand new site.
Hi and thanks for reaching out to us
If you mean the problems with new Elementor version and our Raven plugin, they were fixed in the new Raven version and it’s available in the Jupiter X control panel. So you can easily use the theme and update to the latest Raven and Elementor versions.
Hi guys, with great pleasure I use the Jupiter theme, and I would like to continue to stay with him without going to JupiterX.
I would like to know if you will always keep the two versions of the themes with their updates, or the transition to the new version JupiterX will become mandatory with no choice. Thanks in advance.
Hi and thanks for reaching out to us
We’ll keep Jupiter 6* version. You shouldn’t worry about it. Also we’ll create a migration tool that will help to move WPBakery content to Jupiter X without breaking the site, you’ll be able to upgrade to Jupiter X easily and still use WPBakery Page Builder.
Hi, just wondering if Elementor is able to rotate text like this attachment https://ibb.co/NSdrhXD
Hi and thanks for reaching out to us
By default there is no such option, but it can be achieved with custom css code. You can create a ticket or a chat thread to get help from our support team.
my questions : 1. how to remove continue shopping button 2. how to remove “steps” on cart and checkout
Hi and thanks for reaching out to us
.woocommerce-page a.button.mk-wc-backword {
display: none;
}
2. To remove the steps, use this css code:
.mk-checkout-steps {
display: none;
}
i have try but not working.. any idea?
Hi and thanks for reaching out to us
.woocommerce-page a.button.mk-wc-backword {
display: none !important;
}
Make sure the code is added correctly and if you added it at the bottom of all other code, try to move it to the beginning of the file and re-check.
When will see this theme to be Gutenberg Optimized? Also if I buy your theme how many sites can this be installed on? Does the license key only activate one site or unlimited sites ie meaning if I install this on more than one WordPress site with the same key will this still update the site?? Also, can you add bing maps support as Google is no longer free and ask for credit card details and I just can’t seem to get around this?
Hi and thanks for reaching out to us
You can install Jupiter theme on one domain name. Another site requires a new license. But if you use development site and then want to move to a live site, you can revoke API key from the development site http://help.artbees.net/maintenance/revoking-api-key and generate a new key for your live site and register the theme there http://help.artbees.net/getting-started/theme-registration/registering-the-theme
As for the Gutenberg, our theme is compatible with it.
To show Bing Map, you can follow one of the instructions from here http://justwp.org/embed-bing-maps-wordpress-blog/
Hi, my mk-circle-image__img isn’t a circle anymore. How can i fixed it? Greetings

Hello, I am not a big fan of Elementor that’s in the latest version of Jupiter and much prefer the original Jupiter. Will the previous version of Jupiter still be supported?
Hi and thanks for reaching out to us
Yes, Jupiter 6* version still will be supported and also we’ll create a migration tool so WPBakery content can be moved to Jupiter X and you’ll be able to update to Jupiter X version easily without breaking the site.
Hello, I am interested in purchasing Jupiter. Can you please clarify something for me… I thought Jupiter was a theme, but now that I’m looking at it again, it appears it is a package of Elementor templates, the Elementor plugin and a number of other plugins. Is that correct? Has it changed from a standalone theme to a pack?
Also, is it Elementor Pro that’s included, or just Elementor? And if it’s not the Pro version, how do you handle archives etc? It’s my understanding that the free version is only for building pages, not themes?
Hi and thanks for reaching out to us
Jupiter is a WordPress theme, not the package of Elementor templates. Elementor is just the main page builder used in Jupiter X version. But we also provide Jupiter 6 version in one package for those users who still use WPBakery Page Builder. Now the main goal is to move from WPBakery to Elementor and if you want to buy it, you should use the jupiterx.zip archive from the package and install it on your WordPress site. You can read about Jupiter X here https://themes.artbees.net/blog/we-are-officially-announcing-jupiter-x-today/ .
Free version of Elementor is included in the theme. You don’t need Elementor Pro as we implemented additional plugins that will help you to build your site easily – Raven, JetBlog, JetMenu, JetElements, JetPopup, etc. https://themes.artbees.net/blog/jupiter-x-v1-0-3/
Thank you for your reply. Are the Raven and Jet addons available to purchase separately?
Hello @tbsaid6en,
Raven is developed by Artbees team and it’s available only for Jupiter X, so you can’t buy it separately. As for Jet addons, you can buy them https://crocoblock.com/extras/ .
Enabling JetBlog and JetTricks will not start elementor. It just displays a white page with no errors. if i disable those two plugins, elementor starts again…..

Thanks. I managed to figure out what was causing the problem. It was PHP related. Once i switched to php 7.2 everything went back to normal.
Thank you for the reply. That’s great! Glad to hear you managed to fix the problem.

13 comments of buyers tell the same in diferent days. Horror!!
Hi and thanks for reaching out to us
We will fix it for the next version. Meanwhile, you could create a support ticket, our support team will provide you the correct theme files.
how do I reset my license?
Hi and thanks for reaching out to us
You could revoke your local API Key and register new API key for your live domain. Please read the below article: https://themes.artbees.net/docs/revoking-api-key
Hey Artbees! I purchased your theme a while back and noticed there is some issues going on. I have not had much issues and am pretty savvy as far as wordpress and all that. I upload the jupiter folder to my themes, activate the theme, input my key, go to templates, install the one I want but it doesn’t work.
I even tried Jupiter 6.1.6 AND Jupiter X, the templates refuse to install. Both get stuck on “installing in progress.” Tried leaving it for 30 minutes and nothing.
Its a fresh copy of wordpress, even uninstalled wordpress, deleted the directory, fresh copy of wordpress in a fresh directory and still the same issue.
Then I tried to do a manual upload of the basic jupiter demo template on 6.1.6 (via the guide on your website from July 2018) and its missing a ton of stuff. All the photos show but no navigation, no pages etc. My php is at 40m and it says it needs 96mb but this hasn’t been an issue before. So I went into wp-config and added the line to make PHP 96mb and still the same issue..stuck on installing in progress.
I purchased this theme a while back and I feel its unfair for me to have to pay $40 for support when I can’t even get this to install any of the templates, no matter which one it keeps getting stuck at “installing in progress.” Can you please help so I can use the template I paid for? Thanks!
Update – I changed PHP to 5.6. I managed to get the template Zethus to install however the “Jupiter Default Template” doesn’t seem to want to get past installing in progress. I left it for about a half hour and it doesn’t seem to get past the installing in progress. Can you guys verify there isn’t something wrong with that template?
I need to install the theme in a server to develope and then move it to an other to publish it. Can I do this with a regular license? Thanks.
Hi and thanks for reaching out to us
Sure, you can do it. First you could register it in your temp URL then register it for your new domain.
Regards
Just wondering about support… I use jupiter for my website for 5 year now ( buy in sept 2013) and I use it for 3 different clients. The problem is you seem to have change ALL the way to work with it and I don’t have anymore support… If I got problem with your new jupiter X I’ll need to reneew and really It’s not so cool
Hi and thanks for reaching out to us
You don’t need to new license for Jupiter X. It’s free for Jupiter users. You could upgrade your theme to Jupiter X. Also, you could keep using the Jupiter 6 without any issue. We will support both of them.
Hello, Thanks for annswer but that’s not my question… if I got a problem and need a support I need to renew my support ?? the thing is, I’m pretty good with previous version, but not sure with the new one…
Hello @lkjc,
In this case, you need update your support subscription to be able to get theme support https://themes.artbees.net/docs/extending-support-subscription/ . Also you can check the forum http://forums.artbees.net/ for any familiar questions you have.
