Brayan replied to my ticket. But nothing helpfull. Keep saying that it was not the issue with theme. As i told you before my site loading fast when i swtiched to Default wordpress themes.

Also on tour or activity package is it possible to add hour based package. Like one of my know client sell tickets to cruise for one hour sight seeing. He has 7 time slots, is it possible to add this along with date so that a traveler can book a ticket for sight seeing of on hour for lets say 4 people visiting on 23rd february at 6pm or 22nd feb at 3 pm or 22nd feb at 4pm. is it possible to have this kind of thing in this theme ? please reply.

We not working like that yet! All new demo will be fixed layout. We just build some element base on our layout then help to drag and drop build layout then when client want make their layout should make custom for that!
I did not understand the answer. 1. Will the “modern” theme in the future have the same functionality as the “classic” theme? I am satisfied with the functionality of the “classic” theme, but the “moder” theme does not suit the functionality, since it is trimmed.
2. If I now create a website with the theme “classic” and later I will switch to “modern”, will the site be destroyed?
3. Or if I want the skin “modern” I have to forget my desires for setting up and have to build a site on this skin?

(2) I will prelist tours and invite partner to claim their store, can i pre-setup stores for partner but not available/open to the public this way customers will not see tours until partners have claimed the listings.

1. For optimizing UX/UI on mobile we disable it. When visitor going to search results page will have filters with more option yet. Currently, if you want to turn on the advanced search on mobile should make custom code for that yet.
2. Yes of course with admin account you can make it in admin dashboard area then send info login to your partner. Then they can upload listing on their account yet.

1. Yes you can. Traveler allow you can set pricing on Calendar very flexible like this: https://prnt.sc/mad7lm for any reason, and date you want.
2. Our theme allow set taxes in theme options apply for all of site yet. Our theme also have option for ON/OFF booking fee.
3. Yes our theme support you can make Discount by date and by services yet. You can set discount in each tour you want.

1. To change background of the discount box on top right of tour, you need to go to “Theme Settings” -> “Styling Options” -> “Featured” tab and change option “Promotion background color”.
To change font color of this section, you can use css code below:

Hello i need to change the background color of the header top with another background image but i can’t !!! i tried to change it from the styling option but doesn’t work … i tried also to change it from the editor ( Traveler.css ) but doesn’t work … and i have an error message ” There are 180 errors which must be fixed before you can update this file.” What that’s mean ?!

Hi there. I just purchased and installed the Tour Demo. The theme seems to be very “buggy” as a lot of the functions are not working.
1. The submit tour option is missing where you would enter Itinerary information.
2. The search form is not updating after changing the desired fields
3. Unable to remove the top bar after turning it off in the back end.
Can you add half map search layout for the tour options?

I have the same problem like jeykuzey, 2 posts before my post. The imported demo doesn’t really look like your advertised demo. This is the first time that I bought a theme in which the demo is different than the advertised demo. Please just upload the right demo please.
Secondly, your demo is broken. I have installed so called “Tour” demo. In the “Theme settings” “Styling options” those settings, for example, “Top bar”, “Header” don’t work properly. For instance, I wanted to turn off “Topbar menu”. So I turned off “Topbar menu” and saved the changes. However, the site has not changed at all. The top bar is still there. The settings of the color, font … are not functional either.
Third, your documentation is poor and incomplete. Your documentation in the download folder is broken. It is a HTML file and leaded me to an empty website. I was so frustrated about this. After half hour searching, I finally found your documentation on your demo site. However, your documentation is also “incomplete” and “not updated”. You tend to skip steps but precise steps are important for non professional coder like us. It takes time to discover where and how. Until now, I still don’t know how to use your promised “New design icon”. I can’t find it anywhere in your documentation either.
I buy a theme is to save my time to build a website. I have had very good experience on buying themes on themeforest. But this time is really a bad experience. I hope I will get your positive answers from the above problems. Otherwise I will ask for a refund. Because what I get is not what is described.
