Hi There, I just want to use my theme on a new website but it askes for a deregisteration from my old domain www.wedpix.de which I already have deregistered it, but it shows “edpix.de” instead which is not my website , and so I can not use my theme now.

Currently if you add a button with a URL link to it the page bugs out and redirects you to the posts. I can’t add a button with a URL only without it.

This is I think the 4th theme purchase I have made, real happy with it 
I had a quick question, I keep getting this error only when trying to install either of the slider plugins. All other plugins (including external plugins) work fine though.

all plugins can be easily installed from BeTheme > Install Plugins section. However, please make sure you’ve registered your license under BeTheme > Dashboard section.

Word Press told me Update failed: update package not available.
The error “The package could not be installed. The package contains no files.” means that you have not deregistered the website before moving. Please deregister it on both domains and register again on the new one. If this is not possible, then please send us access to your WP dashboard along with full purchase code that you have used for theme registration, so we can take a closer look. The message have to be send privately via contact form which is on the right side at https://themeforest.net/user/muffingroup#contact

Hi, I am just reviewing your theme and demo’s and I have some questions to you.
Question# 1: If I install your default theme as basic theme https://themes.muffingroup.com/betheme/ then can I use any of elements from your others demo themes into my installed default theme?

1) Sure you can. Pre-built websites (demos) are only examples of what could be accomplished with the BeTheme. So basically, you can do much more than you see on specific demo.
However, please notice that there is nothing like “1 click” feature to get any section/wrap/etc made on other demo and import it onto your own site. Most of those elements exists as shortcodes/muffin builder items but if you want to know know specific section with elements was made, the best way to do this is to install specific demo under sub-domain.
2) For pre-built websites we use Slider Revolution plugin.

Hello! I am now reviewing the theme. And I have some features that would like to add to see if it is feasible to do the following: Do you have any mechanism for adding custom post type to manage items such as Events, People or course Programme alike? Because we would like to do an education websites for local institute.
You may suggest us other theme you have for accomplishing this purpose. As long as they are using the muffin builder, the end user or we don’t have to adapt again a new environment.

it is possible to add custom post type of course but as you probably knows, it requires files customisation. We have few custom post types included into theme like Portfolio. So, if you want to create own custom post type, you or your web developer can use included files.

Why doesn’t the Q2W3 Fixed Widget plugin work with your theme? It works great on other premium themes.

to be honest, we did never tested this plugin so we do not know what might be the reason. We recommend to start from disabling other 3rd party plugins to check if the issue you’ve faced with is not due to multiple plugins.

I’m trying to vertically center content on portfolio pages however there always seems to be a bit more top padding than bottom, for whatever reason, no matter if I choose “Full Screen” as the Section Advanced Style, or “Equal Height | Wraps” and then set the wraps to “Middle”. How can I ensure a perfect balance of top and bottom padding that resizes as the window does?
