Which template do you use for https://themes.artbees.net/support/ ? I want to make a site like that
Hi and thanks for reaching out to us
It’s not a template. It’s a custom page created manually by our devs. You can check our templates and pick a suitable one here: https://jupiterx.artbees.net/templates/
Hi there, I want to run Jupiter 6.1.6 with the latest WP Version (5.0.3) and PHP 7.3 but got the following error messages:
Warning: “continue” targeting switch is equivalent to “break”. Did you mean to use “continue 2”? in /www/htdocs/w005601e/wp-content/themes/jupiter/framework/includes/minify/src/Minifier.php on line 227

Hi there I’m planning to purchase this theme, and just want to make sure if I can make a page like this: (https://cuberto.com/), i want the top-nav and page layout like that. And I want the product page like this (https://www.drinktrade.com/) would it be possible? Thanks again
Hi and thanks for reaching out to us
You can create a great menu with JetMenu plugin which is bundled with JupiterX http://help.artbees.net/getting-started/plugins/jetmenu-plugin-overview
Your menu can be created with Elementor and you can add any element you need into it.
Product page can also be created with Elementor and by the way you can create different layouts for product pages in Jupiter X as we bundled JetWooBuilder plugin into it http://help.artbees.net/getting-started/plugins/jetwoobuilder-plugin-overview and you can create different templates for single product, archive, category pages. It’s very helpful plugin for customizing your online Shop.
Hey, just a question you might be able to answer, our company almost never builds on live domains, always staging domains. That being said, one can’t really make use of Jupiter X without activation first of purchase code. Is there a logical way to go about this or ?
Hi and thanks for reaching out to us
You can activate the theme on a staging site and once the work is done, you need revoke your API key http://help.artbees.net/maintenance/revoking-api-key and regenerate it for a live domain http://help.artbees.net/getting-started/theme-registration/getting-an-api-key , then register the theme on a live site http://help.artbees.net/getting-started/theme-registration/registering-the-theme
Why is there a blank page problem after an update? First time it was a month ago and it had to be resolved via support ticket and now after a plugin update it has happened again? Not really a nice thing to be scared of an update every single time…
Hi and thanks for reaching out to us
hey, guys! I used Jupiter 6 one year ago. Now I’m interested in Jupiter X. But what about some Single Product layouts? like in Kona, Grosso, Sobari, Shopkeeper themes (I like Kona design most of all).. Why best-selling themes doesn’t offer several Single Product layouts instead one original WooC? And could I build different Single Product layouts (like in Kona, this for example http://spab-rice.com/wordpress/kona/demo/product/samboka-blouse/ ) with your new theme and all of these customization options? all this sizes, fonts, backgrounds, margin and padding is nothing when you can’t change layout. all designs will be the same…just different colors.. so? what you say?

I’m appologize. I installed Jupiter X and now I see this. Look like really could be build any layout, style and design. But it really complicated to work with all of this for the first time :))) I never do work with Elementor before, only WPBakery. I think, I will try…but may be I will renew support period cause it’s like new world
Hi and thanks for reaching out to us
Hi, How can I get the page “https://demos.artbees.net/jupiter/pages/edge-one-pager-content/” to use it on my webpage?

I’ve been using Jupiter for a while now for many different clients, i really love it and it is definitely the best theme out there.
I just have a quick question since i am going to write a article on my website on how to use Wordpress and i wanted to recommend Jupiter, but since i haven’t recently bought Jupiter i am not sure if it still uses WP Bakery? I would like to know if the most recent version uses it so i can write about.
Thanks!
Hi and thanks for reaching out to us
Thank you
You’re welcome
Hello, just bought Elementor Pro to use the custom font settings. Everything works fine on a page (text element edit typo etc.) but the fonts aren’t showing in the customizer to define them globally? Is there a fix? Is this a jupiter X problem?
thank you
Hi and thanks for reaching out to us
Please try solution described in this article http://help.artbees.net/customizer/fonts-wont-update-on-the-website-using-customizer-settings
If you still have issues, please create a ticket https://themes.artbees.net/dashboard/tickets so our supporters can investigate the problem.
PRE-SALE question – Hi guys, I am building a complex magazine web with custom post types, many blog categories, tags and custom taxonomy.
I like your theme backend design and your approach, but in the demos, I can’t find any magazine options that would show me any strong magazine features like: – various displays of posts, per category, smaller, bigger thumbs – fixed space for Ads – megamenu showing post thumbs – sticky elements that stick on scrolling, like sidebars or banners
for example, soledad has the menu or multitude of post displays: http://soledad.pencidesign.com/soledad-video/
Do you have any demo sites that would show these features?
thanks, Lukas
Hi and thanks for reaching out to us
We have bundled the plugins in Jupiter X that will help you to create such menu, for example using JetMenu plugin http://help.artbees.net/getting-started/plugins/jetmenu-plugin-overview .
Also check JetBlog plugin that allows to create different styles for blog posts http://help.artbees.net/getting-started/plugins/jetblog-plugin-overview and with JetEngine plugin you’ll be able to create different custom post types http://help.artbees.net/getting-started/plugins/jetengine-plugin-overview
A-feckin-some! Even better than I was expecting, thanks for fast and great response
Maybe you need to redo some of the magazine / blog demos, they all show the same feature with different colours, better to show all the advanced functionality, might increase conversion
thanks
Thank you for the suggestion. We’ll take this into account.
Hi,
Thanks for the cool theme.
I can’t find the WP Bakery (Visual Composer) plugin files anywhere. I would like to use this rather than elementor.
As i understand WP Bakery comes with the themes purchase?
Hi and thanks for reaching out to us
Jupiter X doesn’t have WPBakery included as its main page builder is Elementor. If you want to use WPBakery, you should use Jupiter 6.1.6 version. Soon we’ll release a migration tool to help moving WPBakery content to Jupiter X. Meanwhile you should keep Jupiter 6 version to use WPBakery. Thank you for understanding.
After updating to latest Jupiter version, my previous pages are not showing as WP bakery. There are showing as Coding. Why?
Hi and thanks for reaching out to us
Did you update Jupiter to Jupiter X version? If so, you have to create your pages with Elementor as it’s the main page builder in Jupiter X. If you still want to use WPBakery, you need downgrade Jupiter to 6.1.6 version. Soon we’ll release a migration tool to help moving WPBakery content to Jupiter X. Thank you for understanding.
No, i didn’t updated it to X. But still, its not working in WP bakery after update. Even now, i downgraded it but not working. It was working fine before update.
Is WPBakery plugin activated in Jupiter > Control Panel > Required Plugins? Please create a ticket https://themes.artbees.net/dashboard/tickets and provide WP Dashboard credentials so our supporters can check this issue.
Let me explain the problem again: My previous page is showing in “classic” mode and WP bakery option (to make page) is coming right underneath that. when i tried to use WPbakery, its working fine. But the problem is The page i have already built, its NOT showing is WPbakery Visual Edit as always.
any suggestion?
I made those pages in WPbakery but Now its showing as “classic” mode.
Here are some screenshots: https://prnt.sc/mc13wc https://prnt.sc/mc140oThe problem is related to Gutenberg editor from the latest WordPress version. That’s why you need install Classic Editor plugin so WPBakery editor is available again.
It worked
Thanks for the quick help.
You guys are great (Y)
You’re welcome.
Thank you for the feedback
I have purchased Jupiter, will i get Jupiter X with upgrade option?
Hi and thanks for reaching out to us
Thanks for your reply.
I will prefer to wait untill any migration tool comes
I am not a web designer. So, making all the pages again is not possible for me.
Ok, that’s fine. The tool is currently in progress and will be released soon. Thank you.
Hi and thanks for reaching out to us
Your link gives 403 error. Please check it. Also please contact our support for any technical issue. Create a ticket via your Artbees Dashboard. Thank you.
Every time you update the theme I like to update it on my website.
I update my theme via FTP. However whenever I upload and extract the ZIP file, I note your folders and files have a strange permission structure.
The JupiterX folder itself is set to permission 700, the sub directories are 755 and the files inside them are a mix between 644 and 755.
This is quite annoying.
Could I please ask that you package your theme files without permissions? I am using SiteGround web hosting, folders should be 755 and files 644, anything else causes all sorts of issues.
Hi and thanks for reaching out to us
This is a weird issue. I have reported this to developers to check the theme package. For now please change the permissions to files/folders from your hosting control panel or FTP.
I have had to do that for the last 3 updates. Please make sure it is corrected ASAP and for all future releases. It’s a security issue.
Based on a comment search, this has been happening for some years now and is still happening: https://themeforest.net/comments/9989539
We’ll check it as soon as possible. Thank you for your notification.
Hi! In Jupiter X, how can I build a sortable portfolio archive, like this one in your demo: https://demos.artbees.net/jupiterx/portfolio/portfolio-list-sortable/ I mean, which modules in Elementor was used there?
Hi and thanks for reaching out to us
To be able to use Raven elements, you need activate Raven plugin at first in Jupiter X > Control Panel > Plugins. Also portfolio posts should be created in Portfolio post type http://take.ms/BZOjo .
Hi. I have updated the Jupiter theme to version 6.1.6 and the Yoast add-on has stopped working. I can not edit meta title and meta description. And at the moment I do not want to update to the X version. What can I do? It’s urgent a solution = Thanks.
I have support on the web with chat but no one answers.
Hi and thanks for reaching out to us
I found your chat and saw a reply from my colleague Joseph. He asked you to provide a website URL and login credentials to check the issue. Could you please reply to that chat and share all the needed info? Thank you.
Aren’t all Jet Elements addons included? For example, I noticed that an addon for contact form 7 is missing
Raven has form plugin, but I would like to use CF7.
Hi and thanks for reaching out to us
We didn’t include all Jet plugin into the theme, but you can install Contact Form 7 plugin in Jupiter X as any 3rd-party plugin. http://help.artbees.net/getting-started/plugins/3rd-party-plugins-installation
Hi, the X version looks promising. Is there any way I can use a leftside vertical menu with this?
Hi and thanks for reaching out to us
You can create a side menu with Navigation Menu element in Elementor http://help.artbees.net/how-to-s/navigation-menu/creating-a-side-menu-navigation-in-jupiter-x and also you can use JetMenu plugin that is bundled with the theme and create any menu you like. http://help.artbees.net/getting-started/plugins/jetmenu-plugin-overview
Hi i have a question before purchase.
I see some demos in your page and all have static image in the store. When you move the mouse over the image dont do nothing.
When you enter to the product yes, but when you see the products grid no.
Not have back flip o zoom option, or quick view, in the product grid.
One license work for how many sites???
Thanks
Hi and thanks for reaching out to us
You can install Jupiter theme on one domain name. Another site requires a new license. But if you use development site and then want to move to a live site, you can revoke API key from the development site http://help.artbees.net/maintenance/revoking-api-key and generate a new key for your live site and register the theme there http://help.artbees.net/getting-started/theme-registration/registering-the-theme
By default, there is no zoom option for images on products grid layout. But if you need image zoom, it can be added with custom css code. Our supporters will help you to achieve this.
Also, if you are going to use Jupiter X, you’ll find a great plugin that is bundled in the theme – Jet WooBuilder. It can be used to create templates for single products and product archive pages the way you need http://help.artbees.net/getting-started/plugins/jetwoobuilder-plugin-overview You have great possibilities with this plugin in Shop pages customization.
