Yes, The latest Theme is fully Compatible with the PHP version 7.2 and My SQL 5.7, but we do not recommended to use PHP version 7.3 at this time, because the Theme is fully Compatible with PHP 7.3 as well but some of the Theme required/recommended plugins like Slider Revolution, Contact Form, etc are not compatible with the PHP version 7.3, so please use PHP 7.2, hope you will not find an issue.

Sorry to say that but this is not true, I have just confirmed from the Customer/Technical Support Department and they have provided me your all tickets screenshots and told me that you have an issue with your server, infact our support team replied your single ticket with around 10 replies in a single day with all the solutions, and they replied that you are not willing to remove FTP authentication from your server and also your server has some kinds of restrictions which do not allow to Install any Plugin on your site, and also you do not provided the CPanel Login details to the support team so that we checked your server, Finally they to told you to check/test the Theme on any other server for the confirmation that there is no issue on the Theme but the issue in from your hosting.
So Please check/test the Theme on any other server, or remove FTP authentication and all the server restrictions from your server and then try hope you will not find an issue and if yes then contact our Support Department they will again help you.

As I clarified we are using Liquid Web Cloud Hosting + Cloudflare CDN and both these provider are very reliance, reputed and highly acclaimed cloud hosting provider.
Yes, as this is cloud hosting they do not have grant access to CPanel but they only provide.
Also there is a clear gap on skills by the support team in reference to my query.
Please review the below link from WordPress Plugin for Cloudflare CDN and you will notice they have clearly mentioned the steps to enable WordPress Cloudflare CDN integration.

In the integration they have clearly mentioned not to change in WordPress site URL to https as it is being handled by CDN.
Also the issue I am having is while installing it gives an AJAX error.
Please assign a senior support agent who has knowledge to resolve the issue and if not then why am I penalized for Porto plugin inability to work on Cloudflare CDN.
I look you look into the above and provide a resolution and if not they I strongly urge you’ll to provide a refund as I am not willing to change my hosting provider as LiquidWeb is the BEST.

First of all Sorry to say that but we do not recommend to use WordPress Plugin for Cloudflare CDN, and according to you your hosting is Best, but the truth is your hosting is not compatible with the latest Theme as in one of your ticket reply we told you that your site has PHP max upload limit 10M and the Theme package is around 12M so whenever you or anyone tried to upload the file which has large size as compared to site upload limit, it will crash the Theme, and we told you several times to deactivate/remove the FTP authentication from your site, whenever we tried to Install any plugin your site is asking for FTP authentication and that is the main reason and restriction from your hosting which is creating an issue on your site. Finally, we have replied to your ticket, please check your ticket reply and reply to your accordingly.

(1) CDN support - No where on you Porto Plugin you’ll have mentioned its not compatible with Cloudflare CDN or any other CDN. In today’s time all website owner are using CDN for optimal delivery, so its quite strange to know that you’ll do not support CDN.
(2) FTP & File Size restriction - Yes we have enabled from web a file size restriction of 10MB and in order to upload a bigger size we use FTP client. I have already uploaded the files under the Theme folder within WordPress installation. Now when one visit Theme section in Admin it shows Activate Porto. With regards to FTP authentication I have configured it so that it does not ask authentication anymore.
(3) Post successful file upload now when I do to WordPress Theme and activate Porto.It provides guided steps and within this step it gives an AJAX error and that where I reached out to your team. Please advice how a FTP authentication would give a AJAX error… I do not agree with your support team resolution to move to another service provider for hosting my website.
I await to hear from your team on the best resolution.

We have not tested the particular plugin you are using with the Theme so we are unable to suggest you on that, If it is working properly with your site you can use it, and also CDN is compatible with our latest Theme and hundreds of thousands of our customers are using the CDN server service not the CDN plugin and if some are using the particular plugin then they are using at their own risk as we do not provide the support for any of the third party plugin issue.
2. You are getting the Ajax Error because of any restriction from your hosting provider which do not give permission to connect to your server with our internal server for downloading the Plugins and Demo Content.
3. Yes, Porto WordPress works on Liquid Web Cloud Hosting easily, But you have to remove the restrictions from your server.

Please see screenshots below. This is from a clean install of WordPress and the Porto theme. I have included a screenshot of the plugins active on the site a well.
This is clearly not a cache or thirdparty conflict. I should not need an active support licence for the basic functions of the theme to work correctly. A recent update of the theme has caused this.

This is the default Functionality of the Theme we have changed its design on mobile version, If you wants to change as an accordion on mobile then you have to use WP Bakery elements, Tour or Tabs.

Please remove the cache and then deactivate your site all the Cache plugins and then go to Porto >> Speed Optimize Wizard >> Lazy Load Images and un-check it and click on save & continue button and check your site after removing the browser cache hope you will not find an issue.

If I am not wrong, I think you want to change the Search Result Page Layout, If so, then, Search Result Page is coming from YITH AJAX Search plugin and you can not Customize its layout directly using Theme Options, Its layout works on the particular Search Content Type that you have selected from Appearance >> Theme Options >> Header >> Search Form. Like if you choose Search Content Type as product and you are using the layout of the shop page as sidebar layout then search result page will also work with the same layout as the shop page. So you have to change it as per your requirements using Custom CSS.
If you want to change the layout of the search page result then you have to edit the search.php file and add the new layout in the search.php file. As you can see that we have added the search page layout same the custom post types layout selected from Theme Options. For example, if you set the Search post type as a post then the search result page get the layout of the blog archive page layout from Theme options. SO you have to create the layout inside the search.php file. Also, you have to make the changes in the wp-content/themes/porto/inc/functions/layout.php file inside the porto_search_form function.

And Sorry to say that but this is not possible, All ThemeForest products allow One license for each domain on which you will install the theme (sub-domains or multisite installation does not matter though).
So regardless of a number of clients, license works with a number of domains. So if you are building 10 websites, you need to purchase 10 regular licenses for that etc… These are license usage policy of ThemeForest (and we have no control over this), you may wish to confirm from ThemeForest here:

It must be the cache issue nothing else, If the images are showing in Chrome then it must have to show in other browsers as well, Please flush/remove the server cache and then deactivate it and then remove your site cache and deactivate cache plugins and finally check your site after removing the browser cache hope you will not find this issue.

Yes, you are right, It shows the category listing in date creation order, It is the default functionality of the Plugin, If you want more features you can directly contact the plugin author and ask plugin author that is it possible to change the order inside category listing with the Premium plugin, If the answer will yes, then you have to purchase the Premium plugin from author.
