Hi, after installing and choosing which page must be the Home (Start) page, in this case “full width metro” I see only the code in header und footer. After the reload – F5, the website looks good again. its a strange bug oder i’m doing something wrong?

Hi davecate! When you install complete demo contents you install a complete replica of our demo site just with placeholders images, so if in our demo we have “Ready to enjoy Uncode Theme? Create stunning websites. Purchase Uncode.” is supposed you have also this section in your installation.

I’m trying to make 3x Icon Box and have them horizontally next to each other, while being inside a rounded box with with shadow. However, I am only able change border radius and shadow on “columns” and not “rows”. That means that EACH Icon Box have individual border and individual shadow, but I’m trying to put all 3 Icon Boxes into 1 “box” and give that box a radius and shadow.
Is there a workaround for this?

That is exactly what I wanted to do, yes. And I’ve just done it succesfully, BUT… I want to put this into another row with a colored background and special dividers.
But, as soon as I split the row into 3 parts, I loose the control to edit column options for all three at once. I can only edit them individually. And I can’t put a row inside a row, inside a row…
How do I fix this? Do you understand my question?
So I basically want ONE SHAPE (with rounded corners and shadow) to have 3x Icon Boxes inside of it. Now, this shape should be places inside a row with a colored background and special dividers.
Maybe looking at rasmusdalboege.com will help you. It’s regarding the 3x “UX/UI design” Icon boxes.

Hi, just wondering if there is a way to list out specific product categories using the isotope post module? I can see a way to show the products within, but I just want to show the top level categories.

Not sure if this feature is available, but I’d love if WPBakery Page Builder could truncate the blocks containing text. Longer pages become almost unwieldy with multiple lengthy text blocks.

No worries. It’s more of a nice-to-have feature. I found that reducing my browser zoom while full screen helps make the blocks more manageable.

Yes it seems that requirements are fine but we have not tested directly, from a quick search on our internal Help Center a few users asked help for some visual hack to fine tune the menu, so it’s supposed it work combine. otherwise other users installed the similar QuadMenu (which demo site also uses Uncode Theme).

What are the problems? 1 – When I used the Better Search Plugin to change the database parameters (as shown in the tutorial) maybe it has changed the functionality of the main navigation menu. It didn’t show up on the Homepage and other pages of the site. 2 – When I try to access my website via the normal link, sometimes it shows a double link on the URL bar (this is what appear: “www.fpavani.comfpavani.com”). I don’t know why this is happening. 3 – Some images have disappeared from some pages.

Hi fpavani! Is Uncode related to these problems sorry? I think you have the same issues also id you deactivate Uncode and activate the native WordPress theme. Anyway at the moment we are even not able to preview your site so it’s really hard to help or suggest something you missed during the migration, in case the problems are related only to Uncode feel free to notify.

I went to edit the buttons as they were and simply went to light box to add those images as lightbox images to those buttons but nothing seemed to happen.
(PS anyone who buys this theme its awesome and support is phenomenal I’ve being a fan since like 2016)

1. how can you make the large fluid buttons not shrink in size on mobile? There’s weird padding that’s introduced on mobile that kicks it down to a smaller size despite setting this in the column/row. http://i67.tinypic.com/1gt2l5.png 2. There’s a bug that doesn’t seem to kick off the ‘Author Name Link’. Plus it would be nice to customize this link to your own specific text via data entry.
