Hi I submitted a ticket last week Thursday for assistance with installation and have not gotten any feedback. I need this installed urgently, regretting my purchase. Everytime I try to install the theme is says the link has expired.

As for your issue, most probably you have low server configurations and theme should be installed via FTP, check more details here.

I’m not a WP expert…Please, where do I rename it? The same ‘styles.css’ file?
Even after removing the entire WP file and uploaded again, I still got an error message:
“The following themes are installed but incomplete.
Name: DFD Native Description : Template is missing. Standalone themes need to have a index.php template file. Child themes need to have a Template header in the style.css stylesheet.”
Like I said, I’m not an expert, please help immediately, or I get a refund.

Hi, I wanted to request an option to easily change the “Login on Site” text in the theme options. I updated the PHP file but every time the theme updates I have to redo it and I prefer to not even mess with theme files if I can help it.

Hi, This may be a noob question but when I try to open a page to edit it the elements of the page apear as blocks of code. I’m using 12th theme on dfd native theme. I think the editor where the page opens is WPBakery.. Sorry for poor and messed out english, but it’s hard for me to explain the problem in english

Great theme, a bit difficult to navigate but worth the learning curve. Great job guys. I have a problem, I do not want the “Tablet” layout forced on me in the Header Builder, I want to nuke the tablet layout completely and use the Desktop layout until the Mobile layout. Can you please send me the functions to add to my child theme to accomplish this?

Hello, The contact form were working fine and all of a sudden either the message is sent without going anywhere OR by showing me this error: Validation errors occurred. We recommend you to check email sending with the hoster as we haven’t added any changed to the contact form module. Probably you have started to use new plugin which also could cause the issue you have faced with.

Hi, the website i’m developing is http://www.dammgood.com.au/gallery
However when i create the gallery page, it’s pulling up settings and showing up sidebars which i don’t want. I can’t seem to figure out how to display the images, it’s pulling up “galleries” like an album. I just want a standard gallery to display item.

It seems you are referring to Gallery archive page, please adjust the styling of this page in Theme Options > Gallery Options > Gallery archive page options. You will see only featured images of your gallery items on this page.

There is no option to display images from single gallery on gallery page. You can try Media grid module (http://prntscr.com/m7ohvt).

Hello. I am having all sorts of trouble trying to get rid of the bullets on this page that are to the left of the images in the gallery block.
https://prnt.sc/m5pjswI tried this in the custom CSS and a bunch of other variations of it and can’t get rid of them.

Dear Sir/Madam,
I really like your Native theme and I have 3 questions about it:
1. I have been styling over The Barber Shop Native theme but I am not able to change the Native logo from the top left corner and the parallax image in the middle of the page.
2. When I go to the Pages section in the WP Dashboard I don’t see the front page where I can modify the elements. Am I supposed to style it with the baker editor by deleting the parallax image and add the template again?
3. If I use a ready theme am I not able to see it lined up as a scheme in the Pages section inside the WP Dashboard the same as if I have started it from scratch?
...I am sure there are better ways but I can’t seem to find the solutions of these settings.

1 Logo is set in Theme Options > Header Options > Header Style 8 > Header logotype image, the image is set to the row settings > Background options.
2 The page is created with the WPBackery page builder so you need to edit the page with backend or frontend editor. The Barber shop page called Thirteenth in pages.
3 Nit sure what line up you are referring to, the page can be easily edited with the help of WPBackery backend or frontend editor.
