Hey, Is it possible to edit the archive/search result page?
The options in blog archive page are very very limiting in comparison to gallery/portfolio. Anyway of getting these features over?

All options are presented in Theme Options > Blog Options > Blog archive page options, there is no way to add more changes to the archive/search result page.

I basically want them to look more like the portfolio/gallery sections, as the search results differ from these and break the continuity I am trying to achieve.

Lately I have troubles when trying to save a new page template. On our site we post infos regarding training sessions. Some of them are the same deal, just with different time periods, so I use templates to save time.
I had to create a new template for a new training session, but I cannot save it. It sais “Saved!” but it doesent show up when I try to use it on a new page.
I have the same issue when trying to save a row template.
What could possible be?

Hi, I’m totally stumped on the menu at top. Right now, with the demo content I don’t see those three horizontal lines at far top right. I need to create a menu, but what goes into those menu items?
1. Let’s just start with my first item… “What We Do”. Can you give me the steps for that in the menu creator?
2. I don’t want the items to show at top, only in the menu that moves in from the left when those three lines are clicked on. So, is “background position” needed?
3. In settings, is this primary, or top right navigation for styles 3 and 4?
Are there videos anywhere that walk users through these procedures?

Three lines menu can be displayed with Header styles 8 and 9, you can set header style on page editing http://prntscr.com/mte1jr and in Theme Options > General Options > Layout settings.
1 Please check the instruction here.2 Not sure what “background position” you are referring to. In case you need a menu with 3 lines check following header styles:

3 top right navigation for styles 3 and 4 is menu for header styles 3 and 4 (as mentioned in the title. In case you use any other header style you need to set primary navigation.

Hi Ellen, I tried to watch the video on menu creation but after watching that one and then others…...1. They need to be narrated or at least captioned. 2. They are low-res and the person doing the actions moves much too fast. It is very hard to keep track of what they’re doing. 3. In the case of menu creation, there was nothing on how to use the header settings for the theme.
So far, it is very hard to make any progress on the basics with Native.
Please have someone make a menu slower, with voiceover, and then show how to marry it up to the header. Thank you.

HI, I just installed Native, and have one problem, plus some questions.
1. I didn’t notice the menu icon at top right and found that I had to create a menu. However, your system will not allow me to do so. I click the “create menu” button and nothing happens. I click the link to show the 7 locations for menus, and same, nothing happens. I refreshed the page and it’s the same.
2. All the elements and features in the theme, are those only available through WP Bakery, or elsewhere?
3. After installing the demo content (template 1) I went looking for the pages to possibly edit them. All I see is “First.” I was looking for “Home,” so I could install all the pages, but there was no place to click for home. So now, how do I get all the other pages installed — or so I have to start all over again, deleting what I already have?

1 Please make sure the issue is not caused by low server configurations, you can check them here. Some more details about menu creation you can check here.
2 If you are referring to modules available, yes, they all presented in WPBackery builder.
3 As you have installed the layout and need 26_pages, please import home demo with the help of the Wordpress importer, please check the detailed instruction here.

The contact form works fine on all browsers on pc’s, but on mobile/tables it displays the message is sent but it actually does not deliver it to the mailbox;

Hello, I’m interested to buy ‘native’ theme, but I have doubts about the style of the buttons.
I have seen that in most demos the buttons have a round style. I attached two images.

Hi again! I receive an email saying you can’t access to the host, please send me your IP adress to add it, so in that way i can prevent my host block your IP, please this is urgent! I need to launch the site the first week of march. and again the problem says “APP.CSS” and “DFD_ICON_SET.CSS” takes years to load the site!

My host do not provide the gzip conversion! they give me a “deflate ” code, but still is taking to long to load! they say the javascript of the theme is interfering with the load of the site!

I follow all the steps ELEN gave me, and now the page is at 99%, but there is no theme anymore!!!, I install the plugin for caché and now the site is all missup, nothing works, it loose everything. this is so wrong!!!

Please revert changes you have added back as seems they are not working for you.We have shared helpful articles with different solutions, probably you need to check another one.
If the issue is caused by plugin you have added, recheck it’s settings or deactivate it completely. Probably you need to try another one.

I reply you via Email, I deactivate the plugin “w3” , and now is like before, SUPER SLOW. I write ELLEN back. and I ask her for her IP to added to my host provider, so in that way you can access to the Wordpress.
Some our clients have faced with the same issue using W3total cache so that’s why we have mentioned WPSuper cache and WP Fastest cache in our recommendations.

10 Over 100% in the mobile with the WP Fastest Cache, remains the same , nothing changes, I hope ELLEN could do something, also, there is another thing, why I can set the size of my logo? or where I can find that feature? I upload an SVG file and is huge, and there is no way to set the size, also with the PNG ???
There is no option to set logo size, it’s resized proportionally according to the Top menu height in Theme Options > Header Options.
As for the cache, you need to make sure the site is cached enough, open all pages of your site. As we already emailed you, the site is no longer available at our end and we cannot access and check.

In all the pages near the sticky header, is recognizing the logo somehow, is nothing there! and you can´t click on the portfolio or wherever cause when you click, redirect you to the main page.!!!!!!!

Greetings of the day – I wonder if there is any way to choose custom order to display portfolio items such as A-Z or Z-A or ascending / descending order – couldn’t find any option to set it – If someone has 100+ portfolios items and he already added all, there is no way he can display it on front A-Z or Z-A or ascending/descending order. Right now it’s just presenting the way you added them – any sort out – I want to show it A-Z order – thank you.
