And Sorry to say that but this is not the Theme issue, it is the setting of the header, you can set the header and menu colors as per your requirements for header and sticky header from Theme Options.

We have replied your ticket, Your issue has been solved please check your site after removing the browser cache, It was your site any third party plugin confliction issue, I just deactivated your site all the third party plugins and the issue resolved, now you just have to activate all the third party plugins again one by one and check which one is creating an issue on your site. We have removed some small changing options from the Theme Options because it makes the Theme heavy and Cart Icon Changing Option is one of them so now you have to change the cart icon with the help of Custom CSS as per your requirements, Please copy and paste the below-given CSS code to Appearance >> Theme Options >> Skin >> Custom CSS and change the Content Value as per your requirements your issue will solve.

i would like to know how do i change the shop page name, because my site is in portuguese and i dont want to the url be “shop”, i would like do be “loja” but when i change the name the product doesnt show, i had to create another page and a redirect, but it would be site change only the url name

First of all there are hundreds of WooCommerce extensions plugins and we are not required to make all of the WooCommerce extensions plugins compatibility with the Theme, this is not possible, and our latest Porto WordPress Theme is fully compatible with the latest WooCommerce Plugin, “Openswatch plugin – Woocommerce variations image swatch” is the third party plugin and we have not tested it with the latest Theme nor it included in the third party plugins compatible list with the Theme confirmed from our end here: https://themeforest.net/item/porto-responsive-wordpress-ecommerce-theme/9207399
So please again contact with plugin author and ask the plugin author to Customize the plugin for you and make it compatible with the Theme.
