Hi! I’ve been using this theme for a while now, but for the last couple months I can’t add buttons anymore. When I try to add it, it asks me if I want to leave the page or cancel trying to leave. When leaving it sends me to the posts page. What to do?

I know, i’m out of support, but i installed now the first time the Heli theme. And i’m faced with the white screen problem like many other users too. The problem is the WooCommerce plugin. I don’t need that plugin, so i deactivated it. With active plugin the page works, with inactive plugin there is just a white screen. I don’t want to have a plugin installed and activated without using it. So your theme seems useless to me and i’ll try other themes.

When you solve this issue, then i’ll come back to the Heli theme.

I get in touch with you since after buying your theme and install it, this empty of pages, that is, there is only one blog page type, but there is no example of home, or page, or anything, just one blog page and it’s nothing logical. I need to know why it happens and how it is solved

Hi, we updated the website to WP 5.1 version and then we updated the theme and we faced the white page problem. We disactivated all plugins and then reactivated but we didn’t solve the problem. It seems that the new version of the theme is not compatible with new version of WordPress. Could you let us know how to proceed? regards

@media (max-width: 1280px){ #open-left.menu_button{display:none !important}}

@media (max-width: 1280px){ .row .row-xs-center{display:none !important}}

to css.

Thank you for this great theme. Like many people, I had a problem with the importer. After 2 days of searching and searching, I found out how to solve this. Your web host probably has an outdated php version. My php version was 5.6 and I have now changed it to 7.1. You can easily do this yourself. Ask your web host if don’t know how to do this.

Do you use DirectAdmin? Go to your domain in the DirectAdmin panel. Click on Advanced Features and choose Select PHP version. Choose 7.1 and set as current.
