Porto Accordions Is it possible to have the accordion open one at a time? So if click open, existing open will close.

In VC accordion this is default behaver but I need to use some Porto features. Thank you

Sorry to say that but this is not possible with Porto Accordions element, we have designed Porto Accordions element bit different from WP Bakery Accordion element, so if you want to have the accordion open one at a time then please use WP Bakery Accordion element instead of Porto Accordion element.

Hi! I have a client that has your theme installed in his project. The current version is 2.8.2. The theme can not be updated directly from WP. He has configured Marketplace Username and Secret API Key in the WP Envato Toolkit but, I dont have access to his envato account. How could I update it? Hi. My mega menu options are missing after deleting all my woocommerce products. The menu becomes look like normal menu without having advanced options (https://prnt.sc/mg7q8p). How can I fix this? Is there any possibility that I could get my previous menu back. Because I spent quite a lot of time to build the menu with all product categories. Now the categories are there, but multi-column options are gone.

There was a conflict between Popup Maker and Mega Menu. I checked “Disable Popups Menu Editor” in Popup maker settings—>MISC. Then the problem was fixed.

First Please set the Columns on the particular page as 4 or 6 not 5 and then copy and paste the below given CSS code to the particular page Custom CSS option and check your site on mobile after removing the mobile browser cache.

I purchased the Porto theme… because the older was wrong. I use the Master Slider, because I want to renew the page… I want to make a youtube video slider… All is great, but the youtube videos can not autoplay on load… ... In master slider I set ON the video autoplay… but nothying… I also tested with autoplay=1 code (In the embed source) ...but nothing… does not work… :(

Sorry to say that but we have not supported Master Slider any more, Its been around 2 years we have removed it from the Theme, So Instead of Master Slider please use Revolution Slider, and how to set Video in Slider Revolution and Turn ON auto play you can read in the below given docs:

I’m facing an issue whenever I’m installing the WPBakery Page Builder and Revolution Slider, I’m getting this message:

The package could not be installed. PCLZIP_ERR_BAD_FORMAT (-10) : Unable to find End of Central Dir Record signature

Plugin not activated. A higher version of WPBakery Page Builder is needed for this theme. Please update the plugin.

Please guide me to resolve this as soon as possible.

Hi,

For some reason there is a lot of empty space above the header and between the header and content – i cannot figure it out! How can i fix this:

Also, when you hover over the images on desktop and if you hold on them on mobile they move up and down, which then displays the “add to cart” button. How can i stop the hover effect?

1) I do not want the product images to move 2) I would like the “Add to cart” button to show at all times

Hello.. I just did an update of one of my clients websites to 4.9.2 and lost all custom css. Actually css is still there but it is not loaded. So i tried to move the custom css to the child theme style.css with no luck. Source code shows that child theme css is not loaded.

No cache or minification in use and browser cache deleted but still the same, css is not loaded. Any idea?

It seems like most of the settings works ok except from logo size and custom css. Logo has become very big in both desktop and mobile view.

Working on a website for a client who is using this theme. I am having an issue where header style selected in theme options is not working properly. I noticed markup in dynamic_style.css is overwriting theme.css (which appears to have the correct styles) Any idea how to fix this?

nevermind deleting a renegade index.php in theme root fixed it

I have just tested the theme on a fresh new WP and it works same as on your site means the column gap is not working, then I tried to switch to the Twenty Nineteen WP default theme for checking it that the issue is in the theme or in the WP Bakery so I also found the same result on the WP default theme as well which means that the issue is not in the theme but it is in the WP Bakery plugin.

And I am forwarding/Reporting this to the WP Bakery Support as well for fixing this bug in the plugin, so until that please use the padding or margin in the row set for achieving your required needs.
