i have a bit confusing problem. i purchased your theme and it works fine until last update. my website will be only english in the beggining. because of that instead of “WPML Multilingual CMS”, i purchased “Woocommerce Currency Switcher” from author named “realmag777”. Until the last update you made it was working fine but now it is not switching between currencies. my website is still on development. do you have any idea what caused to this?

First of all, when you will purchase the Theme you will get all the Demos with one click Import functionality :), but you can only use one at a time, If you want to use any other Demo after Importing one, then the new one will override the previous one.

1. Project and client section is set/created using Porto Recent Portfolio element and if you want not to use it as Slider you can use Simple Porto Portfolio element as well.

2. Yes, you can set the Form easily using Contact Form 7 on the particular page as per your requirements.

While we currently do not have that feature, I have submitted your idea as a feature-request to our team so that they can consider for future updates, but I am not giving you the guarantee for that because please note that a theme cannot satisfy all requirements as it may occur theme heaviness. Sometimes it may require your own customization. So if the development department finds it fit with the theme environment then surely they will look through it.

How the hell you remove “Welcome to Porto!” message from the top of the header? Found it – CUSTOMIZE

The portfolio doesn’t work at all. 404s. So far this is a complete mess. I had a wordpress gallery set, and then it automatically changed to the porto porfolio. Now nothing works for my galley page or the portfolio. What is going on here?

No I bought a theme expecting to be able to use it. We don’t give out our login details to anyone. If you are prepared to send me the information great but no login details. It breaches our security policy. We plan on buying more of this theme but not if this is the way it is supported. The documentation should be clear or you should be able to provide me with instructions.

I’m watching the landing pages in the page you sent me and they share elements in common with html, so I can imagine you are based on the html version; but I found for example this word rotator broken: https://www.portotheme.com/wordpress/porto/shortcodes/word-rotator/ (are you aware of that?) check the type effect, it’s just sliding. If you are using the same base, I could use your theme to configuring it as the coffe demo, via css and so on

Please go to Appearance >> Theme Options >> General >> Live Search and turn ON the Live Search from there and then go to Plugins and deactivate Yith WooCommerce Ajax Search plugin and then check your site after removing the browser cache, I hope you will find Live search working, This is the default functionality of the Theme, Live Search and Yith WooCommerce Ajax Search will not work together, you can only use one at a time.

How do I get my license number from an installed theme? I’m trying to update one of my pages but I’m getting this error: An error occurred while updating Porto: Purchase Code is not valid!!! when I go to the theme’s license page it says the theme is active: Congratulations! Your product is registered now. I don’t see where the license is so I can give it to you, I have 4 licenses for the same theme, I have updated one of my other pages that have this license successfully. Thanks,

1. Sorry to say that but you can not transfer the Pre-Built site on any other platform with any other Theme on the Porto WordPress Theme, this is not possible.

You have to create a site using Porto WordPress from Scratch, you can Import any of our Pre-Built Demo for starting up, Please check our Demo’s here: https://www.portotheme.com/wordpress/porto_landing/

And you can use any Constructions/Comming Soon WordPress plugin to avoid its appearance on google search during construction.

2. Yes, The Theme Supports the Russian Language.

3. Yes, you can Customize/add code as per your requirements easily.

Sorry to say that but there is no any code for this, You have to follow the same steps described in the particular comment and if you want you can use Child Theme for that, It will not override/remove the Customization you will do in future when ever you will update the Theme.
