Unfortunately it is not possible to add a footer in the theme if you are using Edge One Pager functionality. Edge One-Pager is a full-screen functionality which calculates the current width/height of the device browser window on the fly and expands the slide to be full screen, there is no way to add footer in such a case as our Javascript code does not take that into account. Thanks for understanding.

Unfortunately no. Such feature is available in Edge One Pager element only. If you want to have such dot navigation, you need use Edge One Pager. Thank you for understanding.

In Jupiter 6.x how can you set blog posts to have a right sidebar by default? Right now by default posts are full page and must scroll down in edit mode and change layout.

You can set sidebar for single blog posts in Theme Options > Blog > Blog Single Post. Change Layout setting to Left or Right Sidebar.
Hi, so we have jupiter, not yet updated to jupiter x.. maybe soon..
How can we disable the slide option in ‘Edge slider’ If we only have 1 slide? it should not slide.. (i like the button and slide down option) cant recreate it manually within a section..
Its annoying that u can slide it to left and right, when there is nothing (1 slide) but one color.. and, how can we improve the loading loader of the Edge slider? It takes tooo long to load the page because of the edge slider, even if the image is small and cached..
or is there any other way to fix it?

Unfortunately Edge Slider requires at least 2 slides.If you want to use only one slide, you can achieve this with Revolution Slider plugin which is bundled with Jupiter theme. https://www.themepunch.com/faq/create-static-slider/

hi, just a short question. I bought the jupiter theme a while ago and am still happily using it on my website. but now the visual composer always comes up blank on the sites. so i downloaded the newest version of the theme and tried to install it, but now it is called Jupiter X and looks completely different. Is the no working version of the old Jupiter theme? What am I supposed to do now?

Having MAJOR issues with the theme since major Wordpress update.
Our header keeps breaking on subpages, it will jumble all the text together on the right hand side. Any idea how to fix this? So far I’ve just been updating the plugins and that seems to be working but why is this happening so often?
Also sometimes when you make changes to the website it will show correctly for an IPhone XR user but literally for no one else. Please help!!!!

Are you using Jupiter X? Do you mean the “Post Options” section in pages editor disappeared? Please check if Advanced Custom Fields plugin is enabled. You can check it in Jupiter X > Control Panel > Plugins. Thank you.

Hello! I have add several images (Jupiter X) to my website, but when the image opens up in Lightbox, the top of the image is hidden under/covered by sticky menu. I have found the following solution for this problem:
.dialog-type-lightbox {z-index: 10001!important;}
This solves the problem for normal images, but it does not solve the problem for my album (Album gallery Pro plugin).
Can you help me with this problem?

how to import data from Jupiter 6 to Jupiter X

If you want to move pages created with WPBakery Page Builder to Jupiter X, it can’t be possible, as Jupiter X uses another page builder – Elementor, and you have to re-create your pages with it from scratch. But soon we’re going to release a migration tool that helps to move WPBakery content to Jupiter X without breaking a site. The version of Elementor provided is not Pro and is missing basic functions like ‘sticky header’.
There’s no way for me to create a full screen background image with navigation overlaid.

The latest version of ACF plugin for Jupiter X is 5.7.10 https://take.ms/phnE2 . You shouldn’t update the plugins immediately after their release. As this plugin is bundled with the theme, its updates will be provided along with a new theme version and once there is a plugin update, you’ll see “Update” button for the plugin in Jupiter X > Control Panel > Plugins.
So now, please uninstall 5.7.11 version and install 5.7.10 via Jupiter X > Control Panel > Plugins. Thank you.

Do you mean you want to create custom fields for single products or you mean that this section https://take.ms/pUJm8c isn’t shown on single product editor? If it’s the second, it’s not shown by default and it uses global header/footer/body settings from Customizer. You can edit single product pages in Jupiter X > Customize > Shop > Product Page.
