Hi Mikado team! I am a happy customer of your themes and I know that my support has expired but I have a big problem with updating the theme (and this function should be always available).

I am trying to update Curly theme to the last version but I am getting the following error:

Fatal error: Class ‘CurlyMikadofWidget’ not found in /web/htdocs/www.moodhairlab.com/home/wp-content/plugins/curly-business/modules/widgets/working-hours/working-hours.php on line 4​

Do you have any suggestion to solve this? I tried both updating manually via FTP and using Envato market plugin. Same result… Thanks and kind regards

You are welcome. Yes, we read :) But you need to try via FTP, second method in our tutorials and this should be resolved.

Good day, I submitted a support ticket a week ago and have not received a response at all regarding matter. I have purchased a few templates from you but we have to improve support. Thought this author was worth the risk with buying but your support is trash. You might get 1 answer over a 2-3 day period. Completely unprofessional. To the point where you are better off just trying to figure out the problems yourself. How the heck do you change currency for your products? Everything is set to Euro with no option to change products prices to dollars.

I’ve just launched a new website with your template which looks nice.

However, I’ve got a problem with Visual composer which is not compatible with your template. When I start a new page, the content from visual composer is not loaded on my front and when I try de use your demo content I have the content on the regular visuel editor with some codes like “[vc_row]”. I began to customize my website changing this code but this is no really accommodating and I would like to be able to use Visuel composer.

I precise that I installed the version which is recommended during the template installation (5.5 version).
