The logo field is broken. I’ve updated the logo in the customize section but it keeps saying “Choose Your Image” with a placeholder.

Are you using custom header template built with Elementor? If so, please check your header template if logo is selected in Site Logo element settings. Also it may be a cache issue, just go to Customize > Header, temporarily switch to Default header and then revert back to your custom header template, publish the changes and check the site.
I installed this theme and it deleted all of my old blog posts. Why would it do that?!

It’s weird. Such things didn’t happen unless you installed some template from the control panel. Did you install any template in JupiterX > Control Panel > Templates? If so, it erases all previous data by default. You have to export your content at first to be able to import it again after the template installation.
In Jupiter Version: 6.1.6 getting this errors on categories page ( wp-admin/edit-tags.php?taxonomy=category&post_type=post ), in PHP 7. Any suggestions?

Hello. To fix white screen, try to disable JetTricks plugin and check the editor again. Also make sure your memory_limit value on the server is not lower than 256M.

I am considering buying Jupiter X for a new project. I am a bit confused about the included plugins list, both Elementor and WPbakery Visual Composer are included. Is Jupiter X built completely with Elementor? Or does it need WPbakery too? I am not a big fan of WPbakery and prefer to remove it, is that possible?

WPBakery plugin isn’t included in Jupiter X, it’s available in Jupiter v6. JupiterX uses Elementor fully. By the way, you don’t need Elementor Pro as our theme has additional features that extend the Elementor functionality http://help.artbees.net/how-to-s/elementor/do-i-need-to-buy-elementor-pro
Hello, is the Elementor “pro” version is include in the theme ? If not, is “Pro” version working fine with the theme ? an other silly question but does most of the plugin on code canyon (wp) work with elementor builder ? thank you

A free version of the Elementor is bundled and required for Jupiter X.
If you want to use the Elementor Pro, it needs to be purchased separately. But it’s not necessary as Jupiter X provides exclusive Raven plugin that has great capabilities extending Elementor power even more. It has additional widgets that will be helpful when building a website. Read more about Raven plugin in this article.
Also there is other premium plugin bundled in the theme exclusively built to enrich the Elementor plugin – JetElements plugin.
Jupiter X offers some features that do not exist in Elementor Pro and the opposite is also true meaning that Elementor Pro may have some features that are not available in Jupiter X.

What error are you getting when trying to activate the theme. When you want to move the license to a live domain, you need revoke API key http://help.artbees.net/maintenance/revoking-api-key and generate a new one to register the theme on a new site http://help.artbees.net/getting-started/theme-registration/registering-the-theme

I need urgent help. I’m unable to activate jupiter x. I did register on your site but for some reasons i could not login again to check API. Forgot password did not work. Therefore without API,I have not been able to install it. I need help It says purchase code is registered to a mail which is mine but i could not login. I had to come and write here as there was no other way.

Just like i thought. i did not receive any mail for password. So which means my purchase code was mistakenly registered with misspelt email address. Are you able to check my email address registered with themeforest or i do i send it to you. i do not want to share it publicly here.
The best solution is to reset my purchase code from being associated with an email address or to correct the email address associated with purchase code. i struggled for a solution to this during the weekend but was not possible and no one was available to help from your team.

Elementor is such a powerful website builder. Especially the pro version is so versatile that I can build my own header, footer, post archives, etc.
What good reasons can you give me to buy your theme instead of just going with the Elementor Pro version? What value does the Jupiter X theme adds to a website in such case (beside pre-build templates/blocks)?

Well, there are some differences: Elementor pro has annual fee, while Jupiter X is one lifetime license. Also bundled plugins such as RV Slider, Jet plugins, Layer Slider and ACF pro are free with Jupiter X. So with Jupiter X you get much more features paying for lifetime license. Thank you.

If you want to use vertical header, you need create a header template with Elementor http://help.artbees.net/header/creating-a-custom-header-in-jupiter-x-using-elementor and use Vertical Mega Menu element of JetMenu plugin http://documentation.zemez.io/wordpress/index.php?project=jetmenu&lang=en§ion=jetmenu-modules# which can be activated in JupiterX > Control Panel > Plugins. Hello. I just upgraded to Jupiter X from 6 and now I have all blank pages on the front end. I have access to the back end, When I try to use Elementor I get a blank page. Plus when I try to view any of my pages on the front end they are all blank. Which leads me to believe the issue is with Elementor. How can I fix?

Unfortunately it is not possible to add a footer in the theme if you are using Edge One Pager functionality. Edge One-Pager is a full-screen functionality which calculates the current width/height of the device browser window on the fly and expands the slide to be full screen, there is no way to add footer in such a case as our Javascript code does not take that into account.
