I am wondering if you are aware that many of the templates for WooCommerce you are using are very outdated? It is now appearing to cause me problems as users can’t create new posts, etc… any plans to update them or am I on my own here?
Templates in our theme are always fresh and actual for latest woocommerce

Hi, I no longer have the option to choose custom post layout from the sidebar for each individual post. I can still choose the post layout in the global theme settings but I can’t do it for each individual post. How can I fix this?

Hi, I deactivated plugins as you suggested and found out that the problem is the “Classic Editor” plugin. The problem is, after the recent WP update I could no longer use the shortcuts so I had to activate the “Classic Editor” plugin. But at the same time, when the “Classic Editor” plugin is activated, it is causing issues with the post custom post layout. Will you release any update that fixes the shortcuts with the new version of WP?
By shortcuts, I mean the WPS shortcode generator, I can’t see it in the new WP editor

I an using the ReHub theme and I like it so far. I was using WP Bakery to edit the Home page but for some reason today when I edit I am not able to scroll down the window to add more elements. The scroll bar is not there on the right. It is showing me the top part of page. Featured list, Deal Coupon List and just Title but there is more elements after that.

all buttons in theme have class re_track_btn if you have javascript code, you can attach it to this class to track buttons. We use this in google analytics and it works

your questions are not about theme. it’s more depending on your server, cache system, hosting, etc. However, our theme is good optimized, we don’t use any frameworks, all systems are modular and each module is loading only if it’s used on page. Also, you can disable many blocks in theme option – global enable/disable

EMERGENCY – Please help with the emergency I have. I tried to add Google Analytics in the header php within my dashboard editor and I got a message saying “Unable to update files” or something like this and now the theme is gone on my site. The content is there but the theme is gone.
I am using REPick and I went to the parent theme and added Google Analytics code in the “REHub” parent theme.
We are supposed to launch tomorrow so your quick help is appreciated. I will PAY you if needed to help us out.

And now when I go to REHub “Theme Header (header.php)” the code is gone and I get a message is yellow that reads “Caution: This is a file in your current parent theme.” but this is the parent theme. I know I screwed-up and again, we will pay you if needed to fix this issue. Thank you again.

I already did try and add Google Analytics tracking code to the header.php in the REHub main theme (no the child theme) and now the theme is not showing on my website. The theme is still installed but it’s not on my site https://dwproductreviews.com please look and you will see. I do not know how to fix this issue and need your help, please.
There is now no code in Rehub theme: Theme Header (header.php), the code is gone from here.
One more time. Don’t add and never touch core files of theme.
Once you did this, you broke your site.

Funny, I’ve inserted tracking codes into many themes header.php and never once had a problem like this.

Made a mistake? Sorry but Google and Yahoo analytics provide tracking codes to insert into the header.php of WordPress websites. if it was a mistake to do then Google and Yahoo would not give you this option. Every website I have done this too worked just fine thank you. Sorry but this is not the support I was expecting. Sounds like you don’t want to help. All good, I’ll figure it out myself.
It is a very common thing to do – install tracking codes into header.php
I LOVE this theme and I’m not saying there it’s the themes fault. REHUB is the best theme I’ve ever used! I am just saying that I’ve built 100s of WordPress websites and I’ve always manually inserted tracking codes into header.php and I’ve never ran into this problem. The theme is still on the backend it’s just disappeared from the site.
I will write one more time, but last time
DON’T TOUCH header.php in any of theme. Once you update theme, you will lose your modification. Also, if you add something wrong – you lose your site.
Any good coded theme has special area in options which injected in header.php, so, anything which you add in area will be rendered in header.php.
And of course, Rehub also has this area and I wrote you where you can add

Please i need you quick support with my purchased license ReHub Theme.
My problem is when I want to create my home page using WP Bakery builder In the building stages shows with me everything is fine but when I add a new element and exactly of (Woo commerce product carousel) All contents of the home page will be hidden immediately as you see in this link: https://vsgoods.com/home/ Even if you visit the other pages through the menus, there is no problem. As it is also on the same page as the problem, the black top editor bar also disappears and I can not edit the page as if I log out.
So can you help please to resolve this problem in as soon as possible?
