I have a problem, I create many sections on one page and it was fine before this, But then recenlty i notice some of the few last section disappear. I then try to recreate it and when i hit updated then that section i added cannot being save. Whenever I want to add a section and click on the update button , the added section goes missing. Is this a bug or limitation in the section? Please help me to solve this problem.

1. If you ask for selling products, WooCommerce plugin that is compatible with BeTheme has such possibility—> https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/shop-currency/
2. bbPress, BuddyPress, Easy Digital Downloads and The Events Calendar plugins are free so you can download them from web. Paid plugins that are bundled with theme are WPBakery (previously known as Visual Composer), Layer Slider and Slider Revolution. However, WPML and Gravity Forms are paid plugins that regarding their licenses, can not be included into theme.
3. Plugins that are free or bundled with the theme, can be updated.

We do not have such possibility included and we can not recommend any plugin because we did never used any.

Hi, I have two rows with two columns in each row. Rows are set to equal row height(WPBakery) and there is a photo box element(happens with other similar elements)in each column. Out of four images three are perfectly aligned/sized but one is disproportional no matter which image I use. All images are of the same size so apparently, for some reason resizing is done improperly. Any idea how to fix it?

we are planing to buy this theme but we are confused in between avada & betheme even i saw a comment where people said that this theme does not come with a wp bakery page builder is it true?

pre-built layouts were built with Muffin Builder tool which is much lighter, easier in use and faster. We did not built those demos with WP Bakery (previously known as Visual Composer) because it’s an additional plugin and in reference to right agreements, we can not force users to use 3rd party plugins. Also, for many users, Visual Composer just doesn’t work right because plugin is quite heavy and requires good hosting service.

I am working on a site (built by someone else) that is using Betheme version 14.2. It doesn’t seem to be PHP 7.2 compatible. If I purchase the latest version of the theme how seamless will the upgrade be?

Should the theme upgrade be pretty simple? Especially concerning the built in page builder? I want to ensure that it won’t require us to rebuild the pages or anything?

Thank you for your response, however, it is not possible when Header Builder is enabled.
The option to modify menu font sizes becomes grayes-out.

Sorry, we bought it works. So if it does not work, we will add it on our “to do” list but now, you can control its sizes with custom css. If you will send us link to page where you have menu built with Header Builder, we will prepare right custom css for you.

Great theme. Found a bug with “custom title” in the builder. When using span tags, after saving the page a second time, the span tags will automatically be removed. Please let us know when this bug is fixed. Thanks.

For more than a year I update my BeThema regularly (every weekend) without problems, but from your version 21.0.5 to today, every time after updating the new version (21.0.5 – 21.0.6 – 21.07 and quest ‘last 21.0.8) my website disappears and no longer shows any page, so I’m forced to delete the new version and reinstall the latest working version, which would be your version 21.0.4 to get back to see the contents working and like before.
So I would like to know what the problem is, and how can I solve it?

Maybe I did not explain myself well or you did not understand the problem, I did not say that the pages I created were erased! I said when I update the new version(21.0.5 – 21.0.6 – 21.0.7 -21.0.8 and your latest version 21.0.9), the pages of the website are no longer visible (no pages, nor the hompage), despite the existence of the pages created in the page section of my dashbord (since you have my access codes so you can well notice everything.)
So now I install the latest version 21.0.9 again. If you can open my website again, you can not see anything in the browser, that you no longer see the contents / pages. Maybe this time you can understand the motivation and tell me if you can solve it !?
P.S.
- I kindly ask you to communicate in English, as your communications and answers via e-mail are in Swedish language(it seems that your system translates everything into Swedish, when you send an e-mail).
- Now I have installed your latest version 21.0.9, if you try to open my website, you can see that you can no longer see the contents of the website, you can understand the motivation and above all you can solve it !?
