Hello, I sometimes have a white blank line over your footer on your theme. Ohen that is an element or something similar. And sometimes the same game, only then there are the tags (that happens dan in contributions) is quite annoying, as I said NO element is there.

Since you can’t have a transparent menu without a header. Will ccs codes work with Uncode to override that? I would like a transparent header, but I do not wish to have header.
Hi Wintrovert! There is not a specific CSS, it varies depending on the options and in everything the HTML construction with the header is different, so you will not have the same perfect effect.
But it is possible to achieve it through code?

Please verify if you have the Theme Options or you lost them. If you have you just need to save Theme Options after the update as highlighted in the docs, if you lost them, the only possible reason is that you are not compliant with the Max Vars or that you have extra plugins (this mean that based on plugins you need more than 3000): https://support.undsgn.com/hc/en-us/articles/213459869
yes, only now since the last wordpress and uncode update. Before everything worked great

I’m working on a client’s site who has a legit Uncode purchase code – only, the agency that purchased the theme is no longer managing the site.
When we go to update the theme / site, the fonts break, the theme import options aren’t taking, and the images are all blurry.

It takes a long time to open the website and if you scroll up and down on a cellphone it will start to switching the colour of the background from white to black and viceversa till it will completley freze i tested on crome for android and safari ios same results. on descktop all is fine i tried disabling caching plugins cdn everithing besize what comes with the theme, i alsow imported layout again, the issues dosent occure right away but it hapens as soon as i start scrolling up and down its like the layer slider isent fast enough and i tried doing that update as well by disabling and updating from uncode plugins, thanknyou for your help i alsow had a wp pro take a look and they have no idea i alsow updated php version on siteground, if i restore a backup of my site before the update everithing worxks well, thank

As explained this is not possible, otherwise about 50.000 user with support expired should expect the same. Since we don’t have any other reports after this update for mobile issue my warm suggestion is to disable ALL extra plugins, I think that you had this problem that you see now but you didn’t notice before, at your site I still see all extra stuff.

I purchased anothet theme and contacted support they did admit its aomething related to the update and there investigating, thank you for your help but overall i dont think its fair to breack something just to charge previus buyers again, i know that not everithing can be accounted for when doing an updated but at least give help for a month to who suffers from issues afther updates
Hi djtore83! I think that our main developer wrote you few minutes ago. Please don’t say that we broke stuff to charge customers, this is not correct. This is one of the top seller themes on the market and we are professionals. Also when a new iPhone is released, it is possible there are minor issues (and Apple has the best developers out there, is this not true?). We also suddenly support you here. If you have an edge issue no other user are reporting (your site was not broke and for me was fine as my videos) you can wait a few days to see if some user report the same. Moreover we don’t bind you to update the theme and we also always suggest to wait a few days before update since probably some users will find something (and this is not because we are not top developers or we are not professional). Support Policy and support expiration are not from us, if you have a complaint you need to do it at Envato (but I think the cost of the product would not be so low).

I’m not offended if you don’t say that we insert bugs to make money, and anyway do you really expect life time support with 59$ product? As told you are not bind to update 2 days after big release, next time wait. You have to admin that your issue is a pretty edge case if our demo is working correctly and no other users are reporting. Once again if you have to compliant about the support expiration policy is something you need to report to Envato not authors.

Maybe we are coming from different business backgrounds, I’m just try to explain how support works here on ThemeForest. I repeat: no one blind you to update and a good practice when you work with WordPress or CMS in general (as highlighted in our documentation) is to perform period backups and specially before an update, so if something is wrong for you, you can roll back to the previous status, report the issue and wait for the public fix.
Hi, I´ve just updated Uncode from 1.9.3 to 2.0.1 (through automatic update method), and new demo pages are not displayed in home-3 demo page . Idem with new fonts and new features. What´s the properly method to update version and enjoy all the new demo pages and files? (for example new font Lora) Also tried to update via FTP but not abled to see the new demo pages. Hi Ray_Donovan, this is pretty normal… we cannot change of the site, if you need the new layouts you need to import them once you have the 2.0.1 from the Selective Import (note that no menu will be added).

Hi again. The problem consists on once we try to update the layouts via Import Single Layouts, the old layouts remains with the previous version. Not update the new designs. We want to have the full demo site again, but we are unabled to get it. Any suggestion?
Yes this is how is supposed to work. You need to change name and slug to these pages (and relative Content Blocks) or delete them (not only trash but delete permanently).
Try to delete one page, then import again via Import Single Layouts and the page does not appear in page sections, that is to say, the page import does not work properly… Long time ago working with Uncode, and never suffer this issue with updates.
I can grant this works like a charm, what version do you have installed? What demos are you trying to import? Have you deleted (not trashed) the old ones?
We´ve updated 2.0.1 from 1.9.3. Your instructions you explained me with page layouts works in the same way with the content blocks associated to the page on? That´s to say, delete the contect block (not trashed) for get the new content block layout using Import Single Layouts?
What is the page you want to import? Can you tell the name?
Creative freelance, for example. Just import the page successfully. But still not the content block. It´s a pitty not to get the entire demo similar to the last release when update. Try to update the layouts one by one it´s a a meaningless process.

From the updated version of Page Speed on June 2018 all multi-purpose WordPress themes reports are “pathethic” as you say, but this doesn’t mean your site is not fast, for example if you check our demo site that is very heavy you are about 30 and 70 that you think the speed is low but real user experience is really different. Hello, I’m looking for a feature / animation when when you click the link / button, you see more information without loading another page. It would work as an overlay in the fullscreen, the page would push, here would appear a responsive Content Block without menu / logo. I do not want a classic popup.

Hi! Not properly sure what you refer but I think is some kind of popup, right? I’m sorry but there are not native solution for this, actually we don’t have a popup feature.
It’s not a popup. It works on the same principle as the offcanvas menu in Uncode – a blending or push animation, but with a fullscreen option. I do not want to measure clicks. The text would be a button, and more information will be displayed after clicking. Maybe it will be in version 3.
Send us some example if you saw something similar so we can insert in the suggestions list.
Uncode already owns two kinds of animations. Both overlay (Search) and push slider (Ofcanvas menu). Just miss the possibility of using them with Content Block. Set animation to fullscreen or part of screen, from left; from the right; from above; from the bottom … When I want to see more details, view them by clicking the link, button, picture and not leaving the page, this feature would be useful.

Hi icecreamcreatives! That’s weird, we are using a native PHP function to get the max_input_vars conf value, so this is not a theme issue (it is a PHP issue if any). http://php.net/manual/en/function.ini-get.php
Anyway if your host reports you are fine my suggestion is to not worry but performs regular backup. The Max Vars are responsible for the saving of Theme Options, the worst can happen is that you lost them if the Max Vars collapse. A quick method is to have in a tab the Options Utils opened or save these texts, basically these are the simple backup of the Theme Options, so if you have a problem you just need to paste here again to fix: https://undsgn.d.pr/YfWg7n
